...Worms has to be the best xbox live arcade game that can be downloaded. I is just a great classic that looks great on the 360 with enhanced graphics and just great gameplay. There are a variety of different game modes to complete including the challenging single player levels or you can play with friends at home or with up to four people on xbox live. The game also includes a lot of variety with several different maps and backgrounds with many combinations making each game different. You can also customise your worms by changing their names and voices. There is even some further content available for download such as more levels and backgrounds which contribute to this already superb game. Is definitely the best arcade game and is well worth the 800 points it costs!... Read review

...Geometry Wars :Retro Evolved is a must have Arcade game for the Xbox if any one is considering any Xbox Arcade game. The aim of the game is to is to rack up the highest score than every one else, by destorying all the enemies in your high tec triangle space ship. There are different types of enemies that come to stop your goal, some stupid ones that fly around randomly, some that home in on you when you get too close and some that go towards you all the time trying to kill you. you have 3 lifes and earn 1 life for every 75,000 point from killing enemie ships, you also have 3 bombs that wipes the screen from enemies in case you cant hadle all of them at once. ...Alien Hominid is a classic online side scroller from newgrounds.com which has been brought over to xbox live arcade. The story mode has 3 areas and each area has 5-6 levels. The difficulty is really hard but the story mode offers different kinds of gameplay elements such as riding on the yeti in Russia or using your alien ship in a space battle and loads of weapons that give the enemy soldiers hilarious dying animations. It is also possible to play the entire story mode with a friend. Alien Hominid also includes some multiplayer minigames and hats for your avatar that can be unlocked as players finish the story. Alien Hominid offers some solid xbox live achievement points for those interested in their gamerscore. For 800 mps Alien Hominid offers up a solid game that shouldn't be missed.... Read review

...is complete. The last mode is Marathon mode which is up to level 50 so it takes a long time, but is still great fun because you will fall in love with it and you wont be able to put it down. I advise you if you have an xbox 360 get this game! This requires you to get an xbox live account which only for a small amount of money allows you to go online the xbox world and download games from the arcade. You need to get a points card to be able to buy games over xbox live which doesnt cost much and you then spend you points on the games available in xbox live. ...aesthetically pleasing, but also very useful, incremental part of the 360, making short work of save game files, with plenty of spare space for downaloading free demos and HD videos from xbox live arcade. (Silver membership is included free with the console, which is great, but doesnt allow the option to play against others without the subscription charge of xbox live gold, which actually is good value for money and well worth it.) however, on downside, the fans are extremely noisy on the xbox 360, and the hard-drive is expensive (if bought as an extra with the core version, which it isnt bundled with) for what it is, at £69, especially as when formatted only 13gb of the said 20gb space is free for use, although it does include the game Hexic HD for free on the hard-drives space, perhaps explaining some of the missing space.
