...Before going on vacation I wanted to pick up some extra XD cards for my Fuji A200 digital camera. In comparing the prices, the Sandisk XD 128 card was priced 33% less than the Fuji XD 128 card. I was impressed by the protective plastic storage case provided with my card purchase. The case fit easily inside my small camera case and could be labeled with picture information for indexing or archiving if I so desired. During my vacation I took photos using both cards, the Sandisk XD 128 and the Fuji XD16 that came with my camera. The storage capacity of the Sandisk XD 128 was approximately 400 pictures set on the "FINE" setting. I saw no difference in picture quality or color when I downloaded my pictures upon my return home and noticed no difference in camera performance during use of the Sandisk XD 128 while on vacation. ...Ok, before I begin, I would just like to say that the model I have is different to the picture. I don't know if this is because it is the Australian version, or because it is the wrong picture, but mine says XD-352 on the front and looks different. Selections are made with a large round dial in the center of the unit and the switchgear is in different locations. The layout is the same though, and I assume it is the same product under the skin. I got my XD-352 as a present from a mate...because it swallowed his cassettes and refused to return them. He pulled it apart, couldn't get his casssettes out, so gave up and gave it to me, in pieces, and with the two cassettes still held prisoner. ...I purchased these Sony MDR-XD 100 for just under 15£ at an in store retailer. The reason I chose these for purchase was A) The price and B) The brand (Sony) was known to be reliable. I am overall satisfied with the product as I feel I got my values' worth in it. ...i am a experienced tv retailer and i am hell bound to give my personal and impartial opinion. this tv is a great buy for those who can see the light and realise that 1080i/p signals are too far off to be buying a 1920x1080 res tv now!! although most people who have the money will probably opt for the higher model (PDP427xd) as this has the ability for process the 1080i signals and re-interpolate them to fit the 768 screen personally i feel from experience that what ever you are using will look better if it is set to the 720p mode as then the TV is not messing with the signal. the tv does benefit from having the best Plasma Contrast processor on the market and this shows especially when you are watching movies and sport. this is normally a given when it comes to the Plasma VS LCD debate but even against other Plasmas this TV...
