...Personal update: Since being on the Xenical it has helped me to lose another stone since restarting it in December. The side-effects still occur if i eat the wrong thing, but generally speaking it is worth it and i am losing weight safely and slowly and eating healthily as well. I would still recommend Xenical. XENICAL - THE EASY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT - OR IS IT

Advantages: It is usually a successful way of losing weight
Disadvantages: It requires a lot of self control unless you want to suffer the consequences!

Disadvantages: Loose stools and wind (but only if you don't follow the advice given).

There are no shortcuts - and if you're experiencing side effects (other than in your first few days) then you're doing it wrong.
