But to prove a point asked the doctor what the best way of losing weight was so that it doesn't go back on. ...I bought some Xenical from a website (Extraslim.co.uk) at the end of August, I paid £65 for a 1 month supply (84 tablets) The pills actually arrived from New Zealand so that was my first surprise as I expected them to be from in the UK. I made sure I stuck to a low fat diet for a few days before they arrived which they did on 4th September. I started taking them that same day and I made very sure that I was eating well under the 30g of fat per day (for fear of the consequences!) and am eating very healthy meals. There are no shortcuts - and if you're experiencing side effects (other than in your first few days) then you're doing it wrong.
