The Complete First Yeat Planner is a guide to help you enjoy a healthy pregnancy and a stress free and healthy first year including over 80 delicious recipes for you and your baby. If you are looking for a one stop book to see you through the whole time then this is definitely for you. Generally I always find that there are books for preganacy and then there are books regarding how to deal with the first year but not many are combined so this is a good book for that. The first section of the book has a really good nutrition section for the expectant mother. I found this to be quite comprehensive compared to some other books I have read. I liek the fact that it points out "superfoods," those whicha re going to be very beneficial for your health and it makes it easy to stick to...

...Ne-Yo has certainly come along way in his music career because at the tender age of just 28 the singer/songwriter has had great success within the music industry what with having 3 successful albums under his belt and writing music for some other artists such as Rhianna and Beyonce. Year of the Gentleman is Ne-Yo's 3rd album which was recorded in 2007-2008 the album was then released in September 2008. IT received considerable amount of commercial success and sales and is still doing well in the charts at present. I have been a big fan of ne-yo and his music for as long as I can remember and have bought all of his albums. Disadvantages: Lacklustre album tracks, some songs have been released before

......' must now surely be over, and sadly this has meant a return to some of themes of loneliness, celibacy and being unloved that have started to become somewhat tired for a man pushing 50. And the lush arrangements of Tony Visconti that graced 'Ringleader' are now back to typical, slightly lumpy pubrock that has underpinned most of his solo output. The best tracks on 'Years of Refusal' are corkers, with opening track 'Something is Squeezing My Skull' a Morrissey classic, with pithy lyrics and a tongue-twisting middle eight. Single 'I'm Throwing My Arms Around Paris' is another great track, if retreading some of the more tired Morrissey territory lyrically ("I'm throwing my arms around Paris/As only stone and steel accept my love").
