...Our Wii Fit was brought as a birthday present for my 9 year old brother, although to be honest it was probably more of a gift to us!! What is a 'Wii Fit'? Before explaining what a Wii Fit is, I will explain the equipment you will need for it. The Wii Fit works on a Nintendo Wii - the Wii is a games console, which uses a handheld remote for interactive play (simulating tennis etc). In addition to the games console you will need a Wii Fit balance board. This can be used with other games such as skiing etc but will initially be purchased with the Wii Fit software. GT Aggressor XC2. What a Bike for the Money

Advantages: Strong Frame and Wheels, Tyres do not let go
Disadvantages: None really!!

...Bought this bike with my work cycle to work scheme. A great buy from Halfords. Excellent speck for the price and a very strong bike. I'm 18st 10 (253 ibs) and in my opinion this bike can handle this weight easily. Great colour Black with like a Pearlesent White, Very good speck components, Shimano Deore derauillers and Sram Truvatic Crank. Hydrolic Brakes and Discs. These will stop you instantly and do tare a little time to get used to or a flight over the bars could come along. These sqeak when covered in Muck and Water for the first few occasions, but when used this disapates. Wheels are Alex DP17 rims, Strong, Maxxis Ingnitor Tyres Grip like hell. Suntour XCR forks are ok for Cross Country riding, Not a great Jump fork, but hey Im no Jumper! (I think that if yoiu are lighter than me you could have some safe landings with these...

A Crazy Fit Review

Advantages: Really Good Machine all round
Disadvantages: None that i know of

...I think this machine is brilliant not only do i use it but my wife and teenage daughter do to. If anyone doesn't know exactly what it does i'll try and give you a normal explanation to you, the vibrations caused by the machine are sent to your muscles and your muscles try to balance the vibrations so they are working really hard trying to create the same amount of energy as the machine. (I hope that helped!) Even just standing on the Crazy Fit Massage Plate can tone your muscles. You can tone muscles, recieve massages and lose weight by using the machine its really easy! But one tip and this is important!! KEEP YOUR KNEES BENT SLIGHTLY WHEN USING THE MACHINE AS THE VIBRATIONS COULD GO TO YOUR BRAIN! so be careful guys and hope this review helped you....

...Intro Wii Fit is something quite difficult to review. But people think that playing things like Wii Fit, is doing them good. Like take Brain Training, it would make you smarter, or something like Guitar Hero would make them feel like rockstars. But does Wii Fit actually make you fit? I think yes. It does make you fit. It does actually work! Like balancing on the Balance Board improves your posture and balance. Muscle exercises grows and tightens your muscles. Aerobics games make you lose weight. Which in fact it does. But personally, I went jogging for 20 minutes and it said I GAINED one pound. Which must be a glitch, if you ask me. And today, Wii Fit costs £69.99 ($89.99) which may be a little on the pricey side. But amusing if you can afford it, it is so much worth to buy and helps you stay much in great shape. Are Wii Fit?

Advantages: Nice range of excercises and activities, great for entire family
Disadvantages: no set routines, can excersise before warming up, requires personal motivation

The children stopped catching colds and everything else that all their friends were getting hit with, and were more energetic and alert in general. My weight continued to slide until 8 months on, I was a size 14. I decide the time had come to help burn off the flabby bits I could see and re-tone those muscles that lay beneath. I could join a gym, or get a fitness DVD, but seeing as we had that free Wii, I began to think about the Wii Fit. Visiting the stepdaughter's home one day, I saw she and her hubby had one, and they put it on for us. Taken with it, we stopped at Asda on the way home and bought one. Advantages: weight loss or weight gain depending on what you choose to do. very fun games!
Disadvantages: its not entirely accurate, can strain yourself if you over do it.

...stick to one of the weight of clothing everytime istead of changing it else you will end up with varied results which are usually inacurate. Apart from that its a very well designed game. Many games now that you buy for the Wii you can use the balance bored with it such a snowboarding, skating and fitness work outs. I would recommend this to anyone who has a Wii, it's a fun and easy way to burn off the calories. There's nothign more boring than going to a gym and just using a bike of even using a treadmill to run or walk, You can do that with wii fit and its made much more fun. Although i must warn anyone over 23stone is advised not to use the Wii fit balance bored....

...I think the Wii Fit is a must for any Wii owner, it actually works! I bought my Wii Fit around a month ago and I use it everyday for around 30 minutes. Its so much fun you honestly dont know where the time goes. The body tests provide an accurate reading of your weight or BMI and you can set yourself weight loss targets that are realistic. Since buying mine I've lost half a stone in a month and because its a gradual weight loss it stays off. The balance games are great fun while the other games provide quite a tough physical workout. If your looking to play the Wii Fit just for fun and aren't too woried about losing weight then its still great fun playing and compteing with others. If you have a Wii then you MUST get this!!!!!...

...Nintendo Wii Fit (Wii Fit) I got Wii fit on Christmas day 2008 and ever since I have not got off it. I am a really big gamer and when I bought the Wii i thought it wasn't going to be good and it wasn't that good as the Xbox 360 or the PlayStation 3, but when I got Wii Fit for it I have been playing it one hour a day every day. I do all kinds of exercises on it. Including Jogging, Push up's, Step aerobics and many more. It really is a good way of excerising because it is fun and you don't even know that you are excerising! Whats in the box... In the Wii Fit box there is not too much, there is a Wii fit balance board, Wii fit Wii game, Four AA Batteries and Manuals. What games is there on the Wii Fit game... There is all sorts of games on the Wii Fit, there is boxing, jogging, Push ups, side ups, step aerobics and many more...

...I think that the wii fit game is really good. comes fully equit with the wii balance board, this fun and interactive game is really good to play on your own or with friends. Everyone can enjoy this and with a variety of different games(balance, muscle works outs, yoga- which i havent played on yet, and aerobics) this fun game can help you to get fit and have fun. I personally enjoy all the games and have unlocked them all. you can play with more than one player, but only on the running which is slightly disappointing, but other than that the sound and the graphics are both very satisfactory and i would say that this is a very worthwhile investment-especially if you have children. I thought that when wii sports came out that that was very good and realistica nd enjoyable-but this is even better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DEFINATELY...

...Right well the wii fit is just absolute central of gaming fun ! The board is very very stable and i have never heard of the board breaking or being damaged. There are all differnt things to enjoy of the wii fit with 4 different fit stations including : Yoga Mucsle Workouts Balance Games Aerobics And one other showing "favorites" When the wii fit first arrives at your home you can set it up in less than 10 minutes and start to enjoy! Unlocking new games and workouts as you go along by time or agility. Allthough after a few weeks once you have unlocked all games it can be a little boring, but as long as you have friends or family to play with it should be just as fun!
