I wanted something that had a little more than the seemingly standard pastel soft toys on and this seemed to fit the bill. Disadvantages: Butterfly wings get in the way.

...The York Folding bench is an incline bench which can be easily adjusted to give 4 different angles of back rest, It also has a detachable leg extension attachment which is great for doing leg curls. It has 2 safety hooks for the barbell bench press which is a must if you are working out on your own and don't have a spotter. It has 2 butterfly attachment which just get in the way and nobody ever really uses them. The maximum total weight it supports is 200kg including body weight so it is good for the heavy lifters. My opinion on the bench is: I think it is really good its durable and comfortable, it can be easily folded up to hide away in a corner. I have had a lot of use out of mine and its still going strong. There is a small bright pink slide and a blue floor, which the children can go under or climb on to go down the slide. The set comes complete with: 2 Dumbell bars 2 Outer Barbell Collars 6 Vinyl Locking Dumbell collars 2 plastic Dumbell sleeves 6 x 1” Round internal Caps 2 x 4.5kg Vinyl disks 6 x 2.3kg Vinyl disks 4 x 1.1kg Vinyl disks 2 Training charts This was all very well but the Locking collars, which were made of Vinyl were a serious design flaw, two of them broke at the nut because they were so feebly made. Advantages: Size And Amazing Architecture
Disadvantages: Foundations where a bit scary for me

...I love york and whenever possible go for a weekend. Whilst there I always visit York Minster and usually stay in an Inn a few feet away directly facing the Minster. The first thing that strikes you is the size of it and the fabulous architecture (it's over 500 feet wide and has a central tower almost 200 feet high). Visitors come from all over the world to admire York Minster Cathedral. Whilst you are looking around the Minster bear in mind it took over 250 years to complete and the only devices they had then were simple levers, pulleys and hoists. Lots of Masons and Carpenters spent their entire working lives just helping to construct York Minster. In the year 306A.D. Constantine was proclaimed Emperor in a ceremony which took place on the sight of the future Minister, there is a statue of him looking very Imperial outside...

Advantages: Easy to use, durable, visible results in a short time and Safe

...I understand that I have written a very similar review to this one that is actually on working out, however I would just like to now write a review on choosing a gym - as you can, in fact work out anywhere (well, within reason as I doubt the manager at Tesco would be best pleased somehow!). I have just changed gyms, I used to go to one that was on the outskirts of Plymouth (it was on the same site as the hospital that I worked in). This one I paid £27 a month for all in, so this was unlimited use of the actual gym in itself; the sauna or steam room (it was a case of either/ or for a week and then change but I never used them), and the classes that were on offer. You also got your own programme included should you wish, which I did as I had never been to a gym before. Just to mention, the £27 a month was a special rate for NHS staff...

My husband is involved with a medical company and for their AGM this year they stayed at The Royal York with a meal at the nearby (if you call 40 minuets on a coach) Castle Howard.
