...During my recent trip to York we thought it would be a good idea to sample beers from the local brewery. This is quite easy really because York Brewery have three tied houses in the city and their beers are also available in the bar at the brewery itself. So, armed with our map of York we went off in search of York Brewery Beer! We found plenty and the only real dilemma was which beer to drink first and where to drink them. It wasn't long before we found ourselves in one of York brewery's own tied pubs ~ they have three pubs in the city, as well as a bar at the brewery itself, so it wasn't surprising that we ended up in one! BUY A YORKIE TODAY!

Advantages: cute,friendly,happy dogs
Disadvantages: sometimes can bark !

Puppy Power

Advantages: Very intelligent and with great temprement
Disadvantages: Be prepared to spend a lot of time grooming them

Yorkies for a Yorkie lass that likes Yorkie pud!!

Advantages: Loving and giving and very very loyal
Disadvantages: Yap Yap Yap and sometimes have a mind of their own

English, American, Yorkshire Terriers and a Fish

Advantages: English mean comedy
Disadvantages: Cruelty to animals

West Highland Terriers.

Advantages: Healthy pedigree, charming, playful, happy to see you, active, intelligent
Disadvantages: Need to be socialised / desensitised early. Often puppy farmed

...very long shifts, and i was out probably 7 hrs a day working. Westies are quite good at being left alone - although not recommending this is ideal obviously. That said, if you do ever have a problem with barking / whining when youre out, this only ever occured with Rosie when we'd been lazy on walking her... give her a walk and leave on a radio and she was fine all working day. Tired dogs dont bark. Westies are brainy so if you leave them with dog toys like the Kong chew, where the treats are in the ball, this will stimulate them and distract them from barking. Just as a by-the-bind, we never had any problems with chewing etc. Think westies are more chasers than chewers - a tennis ball will go a long way in pleasing your little terrier. In terms of walks - my experience was stimulation is more important - toys interaction etc. That...
