If one is of a rather larger than normal exisitence for example, fat - then it's more than likely that you will eat alot of fatty foods. If you are lean, your diet probably consists of high protein foods such as meat, fish and nuts. Gillian McKeith tries to make you think about yourself and what goes into you. She supports the 'life change' that must sinchonsise with any diets. You can't just change what you eat, or the routine you do. You must change who you are. Looking at a deep fat fried doughnut, think is that me, am i greasy, stodgey and dull in colour or am i light, colourful and crisp like an apple? ...What is so you think you can Dance? So You Think You Can Dance is an American Dance Reality show which is on the Fox Network. It premiered in 2005 which the same bosses and premise to American Idol, but instead of singing they are dancing. I'm a breaker… can I apply? Yes, anyone, any style can apply to So You Think You Can Dance. As long as they've got style and can 'wow' the judges they will be through to the next round. Who is the host of this great show? Lauren Sanchez was the host for the first season but when she got 'knocked up' she was forced to pull out of the show, which left room for someone whose very familiar. Cat Deeley has been the host for the past two seasons and is doing a fantastic job. You might know her from everything and anything a few years ago on ITV, when she hosted SMTV... Read review
