YOU-REBEL
Review of BeneFit You Rebel by
chooseylover87
Advantages: light even coverage, slight tan, lets skin breathe, SPF protection, moisturiser
Disadvantages: none that I can think of!
..."Our defiantly different tinted moisturizer gives you light coverage, SPF 15 protection, and moisturizing all in one handy tube. You'll get just a hint of tint that adjusts to almost any skin tone? so go out in the sun, be a little reckless, and have fun!
Product details
50 ml / 1.7 US fl oz
More info: The formula is oil-free and contains vitamins E, A and aloe vera. It only comes in one shade that works on almost every skin tone"
I'm not a foundation type of girl. Firstly, I don't need it as I don't have uneven skin & my skin is in good condition. Secondly, it either ends up looking too caked, thick, or just plain nasty on me! I chose You Rebel to use as it promised a light coverage, along with sun protection. Here goes...
PRICE:-
£19.50 is actually not bad for what You Rebel is. Not only is it tinted, but it's also...

How can you rebel against this?!
Review of BeneFit You Rebel by
jaybee54
Advantages: Light tinted moisturiser
Disadvantages: Bit oily
...As you may or may not know I am a huge fan of all things Benefit. I have very tempremental skin but I have never had any problems with any products from Benefit. I was looking for a tinted moisturiser like this for a long time and I happened to be in Debenhams when a lady from the Benefit stand sat me down and covered me in 'You Rebel'. That was it. I was a fan. It costs around £14 and you can buy it from most big retailers such as Debenham, Boots, John Lewis etc.. The packaging is easy to use and you get a lot of it so it's great value for money. I find that it can tend to clog up a little so you have to make sure you rub it in well. The texture is creamy and depending on you skin colour you need to work out how much to use - for example I am fair so I only need to use a little on my cheeks and forehead and then a tiny amount on my nose...

You ORANGE Rebel
Review of BeneFit You Rebel by
KelzyWelzy
Advantages: Nice as a fake tan on body, pleasant smell and consistency
Disadvantages: Very orange and not a natural looking colour, does not blend well and quite patchy
...I was given You Rebel tinted moisturizer as a gift from the friend. I already owned and loved two of Benefit's products and was very excited to try out this "defiantly different tinted moisturizer" as Benefit describe it.
Here are the facts:
"Product Description:
Our defiantly different tinted moisturizer gives you light coverage, SPF 15 protection, and moisturizing all in one handy tube. You'll get just a hint of tint that adjusts to almost any skin tone... so go out in the sun, be a little reckless, and have fun!
Product details
50 ml / 1.7 US fl oz
More info: The formula is oil-free and contains vitamins E, A and aloe vera. It only comes in one shade that works on almost every skin tone. "
I squeezed some of the product onto the back of my hand and spread it out a little. Then I patted it onto my foundation sponge...

You Rebel
Review of BeneFit You Rebel by
carrit
Advantages: SPF 15
Disadvantages: Can look a bit shiny
...you one thing, if you are interested in You Rebel, to TRY BEFORE YOU BUY! It is quite expensive and it may not be right for you. I did try it before I bought it, I dont not regret it but I think I’ll only really wear it on nights out, if I wear it in the day I feel it is quite noticeable, especially as I don’t normally wear foundation....

Oooooh YOU REBEL
Review of BeneFit You Rebel Tinted Mousturizer by
tartangal
Advantages: healthy glow ,soft skin
Disadvantages: expensive
...I have got blue skin!At least that's the way Billy
Connolly describes our Scottish paleness ie. it
takes a week in the sun to go white!
Help is at hand however, which has allowed me to
actually appear as if I have been allowed outdoors
at some point in my life.
It is called YOU REBEL and is made by those rather
clever people at BeneFit (benefitcosmetics.com).It
is an oil free tinted moisturiser with an SPF of 15
and is suitable for all skin types.
It comes in a 50ml red, fifties style tube with a
black cap and peach and pink writing.
Opening it up ,you become aware of the scent
immediately.It has a rather perfumed,powdery aroma
which I quite like.It could ,however, be problematic
for those whose skins won't tolerate perfumed
products.
The moisuriser feels light...

I BeneFit From Being A Rebel
Review of BeneFit You Rebel Tinted Mousturizer by
BabyGirl
Advantages: Great alternative to foundation, suitable for most skin tones, good texture, lightweight product, suitable for use in the day or evening, versatile.
Disadvantages: None for me personally.
...BeneFit seems to be taking off in the UK after creating such versatile products from lip-glosses to a skin care range. Most products do have original yet strange names, which makes them, stand out, and this product “You rebel” (formerly known as “I am rebel”) is no different. How many times have you bought a foundation and applied it only to notice a fake effect on your face (think Liza Minelli or Hilary Duff). To me this is a regular occurrence, as foundation just doesn’t suit me, it either looks like I’ve caked it on, or I’ve used none at all, it seems impossible to find a balance between the two. Rather than using said foundation I prefer to moisturise and then use a cheek tint which gives an okay glow to my skin, this was pretty much my only hope thinking there would be nothing to save me from foundation hell, that is until I came...

Rebel Rebel
Review of BeneFit You Rebel Tinted Mousturizer by
charlsayslol
Advantages: Gives my skin a healthy glow, lasts ages
Disadvantages: Tube can crack and spill contents.
...You Rebel from Benefit is a tinted moisturiser that, surprisingly, does what it says and works on all skin tones. I have been using this for about 15 months now and it still hasn't run out, even though I use it almost every day. Even though it seems quite expensive at £19.50 for a tube, its Benefit which is a good quality make, and like I said, it does last for quite a long time.
*Why I love it*
I have ginger hair and pale freckly skin, which looks blotchy sometimes and makes spots and bags under my eyes look really obvious. I spent years trying to find a foundation or concealer that would work on my skin tone without making me look pasty, but to no avail. Until, however, I found You Rebel tinted moisturiser from Benefit. I first looked at it mainly because I needed a moisturiser, and since it was winter and I was very pale, I...

Rebel With A Cause
Review of BeneFit You Rebel Tinted Mousturizer by
BabyLaura
Advantages: Easy to apply, light, SPF15
Disadvantages: Risk of turning orange, hard to wash off hands!
...As you may or may not have guessed by now, I am a Benefit junkie! So, when You Rebel, the tinted moisturiser wandered into my grubby little paws {Okay, it didn't 'wander' - I bought it.) I found myself, £19.50 poorer, but happy, with a healthy glow and protection from the sun! {That's really quite important, kids. Wear sunscreen!}
You Rebel is a tinted moisturiser, but it also contains SPF 15 to protect you from harmful UV rays and anti-oxidants and vitamins A, E & B5. Wow - so it; protects, moisturises and gives a healthy glow! Who WOULDN'T want it? Benefit's website reads: ' Defiantly different. . . you rebel. . . the first oil-free SPF 15 tinted moisturizer for ALL skin tones. This hint of tint protection is loaded with anti-oxidants and vitamins A, E & B5. Let’s not forget about aloe vera & allantoin for neutralizing free...

Im a little rebel
Review of BeneFit You Rebel Tinted Mousturizer by
miniloopie
Advantages: Light, everyday makeup, doesnt take long to apply, goes on well
Disadvantages: Expensive, fiddly packaging
...the best service I have had at any of these places… she actually listened to what I had to say and acted on it rather than pasting my face up with everything in sight.
Yes, yes, I know, get to the point… by the end of this makeover I had a beautiful glowing complexion without looking like I had any makeup on at all and the main reason for this was the tinted moisturiser ‘You Rebel’.
This sounded pretty good to me… I use moisturiser every morning anyway so it wouldn’t be any extra to my routine but it would give me some protection on the face and even out the complexion. I was slightly shocked when she produced a bright red tube (toothpaste style) of the stuff and squeezed a bit out for me to see. It was exactly the colour of milk chocolate and not far off the consistency… I began to doubt what this woman actually knew – after all, I have...

I'm a bit of a Rebel
Review of BeneFit You Rebel Tinted Mousturizer by
Iamthegirlygirl
Advantages: easy to use and blend
Disadvantages: expensive initial outlay
...I bought a tube of You Rebel a few weeks ago as when the benefit girl put it on me it looked wonderful. My face glowed with a subtle sheen and looked full of countryside healthiness. A tinted moisturiser with a SPF of 15 anti-oxidants and vitamins A, E & B5 and about aloe vera & allantoin which are apparently good at fighting nasty free radicals sounded ideal for me
On unscrewing the cap I enjoyed the scent as it is light and pleasant, reminding me of a summer day. This large red tube squirts a scary orangey-brown cream, but not too worry, this cream is very easily absorbed and the colour seems to almost disappear leaving the trademark glow of most Benefit facial products. As this is an oil free tinted moisturiser it is good fro most skins. If your skin is dry like mine I would recommend using your usual moisturiser first
You don...
