...The samsung ypu2 rxb mp3 player is a fantastic mp3 player which has great looks and features and a better then average sound quality . The looks The samsung yp u2 mp3 player has great looks . It is quite slim and has a nice shiny black colour and it has a glass usb cover which has a light in so when you are listening to music it will flash blue which is really cool . When i bought this it was in argos for about £30 but he picture in the argos catalog didnt look as nice as it really looks in good life . It is one of those things that doesnt look really good in pictures byt looks good in real life . The price This mp3 player is not that new anymore so it will probarly be for about £20 which is really good value for your money as it is a really good product . ...Considering it's relatively low price for a medium-capacity mp3 player the YP-U2 certainly isn't bad. With 8 buttons in all you'd be forgiven for thinkign that Samsung have made the YP-U2 overly complicated, but you'd be wrong. The YP-U2 is suprisingly easy to control, while - due to the size - the controls can be 'fiddly'. The front of the player has a 5 button navigation syste: Track +/-, Volume +/- and a menu quick access button. On the bottom of the device is the headphone jack and 'Lock' slider (I definately reccomend you use the lock feature if you've got other items in your pocket as it's not difficult for your mobile for example to lean on the buttons and cause the volume or track to change (terribly annoying when you're on a packed commuter train and have to try and get into your pocket inspite of the oversized gentleman... ...It's such as a shame that I didn't get to use this Samsung YP-U2RXB 512MB mp3 player for a long time as it got lost just a few months after I got given it. The Mp3 Player is Black and Silver in colour, very slim, and looks rather smart. You can play MP3, WMA and WAV music format. The Mp3 Player doesn't play AAC (M4A) music format. For the reason that the MP3 player has 512MB of memory you can store up to 125 mp3 songs or up to 250 songs if your music is WMA format. The Main thing I found annoying on this Mp3 player is the memory. I found myself having to change songs every week as 120 songs just wasn't enough and I got bored of the music quiet quickly as I listened to the music more frequently than I would have when using the 2GB version which store 500 of my mp3 songs. ...it into.. I cannot use the MP3 at all. What I really like about Samsung YP-U2RXB is that it has FM tuner with RDS. I can record my own and other people's voices :) However, the recording will be of a poor quality if you try to record say a lecture in the university. It will be quite hard to hear anything at all. Another plus which I quite like about this MP3 is that it is WMA and DRM 9 compatible. The MP3 comes with straight forward manual, USB cable, headphones and software supplied. However, it is not compatible with Windows Vista yet. Overall.. I am quite pleased with the sound quality, ease of use, design and all the functions this MP3 has. I think its a great value for money and therefore I would recommend it to the potential buyers. You can use it as a pen drive, as a memory stick if you decide to buy iPod or something later... ...I was very happy with the player until is stopped working after 9 months. Now it is completely dead. I used it at work every day, and the only real problem I had was that you cannot listen to music while charging it up. Good points 1) Good sound quality (good enough for me, anyway!) 2) FM radio reception OK (at least on strong BBC stations) 3) Can be used as a USB flash drive for files as well as music 4) Charges via USB - so all you need is any PC or Mac 5) Small yet easy to use, with lots of options to adjust the sound etc 6) Good battery life Bad points 1) It only lasted around 9 months!!! 2) You will probably want to get different earphones 3) USB transfers a bit slow (compared to a generic USB FLASH drive) 4) You can't play music or listen to the radio while it's charging! ...into music and i even study music. Anyways when i went shopping one day in my county mall i lost it (proberbly dropped it without noticing). The person who gave me it doesn't even know that i lost it, they see me with my 2GB one and they think its the same one because of the colour but i haven't told them its a 2gb version (even my sister lost hers one aswell and the person who bought it for her doesn't know, so i'm not the only one who is guilty). The mp3 player has many features that keeps you going, you can also create music folders which you can browse not only on the computer but also on the mp3 player itself. This 2gb Mp3 can also record and the sound is really good, when you record you can easily put it on the computer and transfer it to a CD or another Mp3 player.
