...f I could only have one item in my handbag I would have to go for YSL Touch Éclat. I?ve been using it now for about three years and it?s the only thing I just can?t fault. I remember watching a programme with Geri Halliwell and she pulled it out of her handbag and slapped a load on and I though it looked so expensive. Advantages: nice packaging and bottle design, nice scent

...Yves Saint Laurent Elle is a fragrance which was released by YSL in October 2007; as well as the perfume you can also purchase other YSL Elle fragranced bath and beauty products which also help to layer and compliment the scent of the perfume. People who have dry skin and find that the perfume doesn't have particularly good staying power on them would benefit from using the complimentary shower gel and body lotion before applying the perfume as this would gave the scent a base to layer itself upon therefore increasing the longevity of the perfume fragrance. All peoples skin types are different and perfumes, body lotions, shower gels etc act differently on each individual because of the different oils in our skin. Yves Saint Laurent Pour Homme Concentrate Cologne **PURE CLASSY**

Advantages: Good Value and super classy smell, not too strong but will be noticeable.
Disadvantages: None for me ,although the bottle could be a little more elegant to match the smell.

...YSL Can you say Classy??? Well you better believe I can, although I?m sure it would sound more elegant in the French language. Yves Saint Laurent Pour Homme swept me completely off of my feet. I was in the department store with a close buddy who was looking for D&G cologne, when the ever so clever and informative sales lady persuaded us to take a closer look at YSL. The marketing of YSL was not as strong as the other brands at the counter so I didn?t notice this silent but venomous killer scent. One whiff and my perfume life would never be the same. The sweet and sexy smell seeped deep into my heart, and thank God not my pocket book. Good value for an exceptional and classy cologne. Its one of the perfumes you would wear on your wedding day, Yeah, that good....

YSL Mascara Faux Cils

Advantages: looks good when you whip it out of your handbag!

...Every time my mascara runs out i bt acompletely different brand, and YSL Mascara Faux Cils is my latest, the only mascara ive ever bought more than once is bourjois coup de theatre, because in my opinion its the best mascara on the market - and ive tried plenty! I usually keep 2 mascaras in my nameup bag, one for day, and one for night, the bourjois one is my day mascara and the YSL Mascara Faux Cils is my night time mascara. I paid £17 for it from Beatties department store in huddersfield and i believe that it is the same price in all department stores, i have since found it cheaper on cosmetics websites though. (strawberynet.com and buycosmeticsdirect.com) The mascara smells nice, it has a sort of fruity and floral scent to it, not like any other mascara ive had, and ive previously used clinique, almay, revlon, boots no7 and 17...

YSL Effet Fax Cils [False Lash Effect] Mascara

Advantages: Velvety cashmere fluttery soft lashes. Gorgeous case, divine smell.

...Like the reviewer before me I've also tried them all. I've got a 'thing' about mascara, so I've tried most of the cheapies and the high-end mascaras. I actually first spotted this mascara adorning the lashes of a friend [who works for a high-end cosmetics co, not YSL] Adorning is the word, because her lashes looked gorgeous... In fact I was immediately reminded of Vivien Leigh as Scarlet! So, I splashed out , only to discover the superlative of all mascaras. This gives fluttery, soft looking velvety lashes, and never seems to look harsh however how much is piled on. That rather awful dry and spidery look seems to be avoided altogether. ...girls: remember this name - LIGHTENING TOUCH. If you've yearned for the oh so expensive but oh so chic Touche Eclat by YSL then this is the answer. Now i'm no old fogie but i do get the all too frequent "has someone punched you in the eye love?" kind of bags when i've had a rough night out and the body shops lightening touch under eye concealer works miracles. I have used a friends Touche Eclat and it honestly pales in comparison to the body shops version. Lightening touch is less drying on your delicate 'under eye tissues' and also reflects the light much more effectively. I've even converted my label conscious mum. so go save yourself a packet: Touche Eclat- £19 Body shop's version- £4.99 need i say more?...
