Advantages: Cheaper than the Z5 but with the same sort of features

...Significantly cheaper than the Z5 but not significantly different The Z3 is 1 in a series of currently (August 2005) 6 cameras. The Z1, Z2, Z3, Z5, Z10, Z20 all have incremental specifications. Note that there is no Z4. However, something which can be quite misleading is that the Z10 and Z20 are budget models and therefore do not have the larger zoom lenses or the ability to add accessories such as the wide angle lens converter kit or an external flash. The main feature with the Z series (along with their huge zoom lenses) is the ability to see exactly what the picture will look like whilst taking the picture when looking through the view finder. This is perfect for when it is too bright to see the main LCD. This type of functionality usually means that a camera is categorized as a "digital SLR" and so is very expensive... Read review

...If you want a BMW Z3 then do not go for the 1.9 version. The small engine, although provides some torque, is not up to the job to power a heavy 2 seater roadster. I bought a 1997 model in blue, with 65,000 miles on the clock for £8,000 back in April 2006. After changing jobs I fancied a change in car. I had always wanted a small two seater convertible and had considered the MX-5 and MGF. Although I like the look of both of these cars they are a bit.....well...... ponzy. I wanted a 'mans' convertible. Unfortunately the SLK, Z4 etc were way beyond my budget, as was the Z3 - or so I thought..... When I saw the Z3 I had to have a drive in it. It was a bright and sunny day, not too hot since it was April, but the rag top brigade were out in force. The Z3 felt sluggish, but then I had just gotten rid of my 240bhp twin entry turbo...
