...This is a fantastic hotel - great for families.
the staff are very friendly who bend over backwards to help you. There is a beautiful terraced restaurant looking out over the lovely gardens, serving up a wide range of food to suit every taste. Everything is so clean and tidy and well looked after.
The pool is small-ish but perfectly suitable as the most amazing beach is so close i.e. 5...

Hotel Letsos, Alykanas, Zante...almost perfect
Advantages: Well situated, feels safe, good value for money
Disadvantages: Maid service, Bees, kitchen in rooms were very basic
...Me and my boyfriend stayed at the Hotel Letsos in Alykanas, Zante in August/September 2008 after booking thtough Olympic Holidays. We'd read a lot of mixed reviews so we didnt really know what to expect!
I'm not sure how much the hotel cost on its own, but we paid around £400 each for flights and accommodation for 2 weeks. Depending on what your looking for, we found it to be OK for us...

Kalamaki - Zante ♥
Advantages: Sparkling sea and quiet
Disadvantages: None
...main road which leads to the neighbouring resort of Laganas. At the very end of the road from the main road is Kalamaki's beach which is quite small but still it is nice. Kalamaki is only a small resort but is one of Zante's most popular tourist resorts. Making Kalamaki the Jewel of Zakynthos.
