Zanussi Washer Dryer - Brilliant

...When our old washer/dryer brokedown we were keen to replace it with another one, but my previous make was no longer available; the Zanussi Washer Dryer ZWD12270W seemed to be the best match for our requirements. It was a reasonable price in the category and supplied the same amount of drying space. I did some internet reseach and found the best deal at currys.co.uk. The machine is £279.99 plus £19.95 delivery & collection of old one. Another trawl of the internet found that I could get free delivery with the code AWSALEDEL and then got 1% cash back by going through the greasypalm website to do the purchase. Three As for Zanussi

Advantages: Good all round performance and environmentally friendly
Disadvantages: None worth mentioning so far

...It's been over six months since I've been using the Zanussi-Electrolux ZWF 16281. It is a free standing 1600 rpm washing machine in a white finish with dimensions of (H)85.0 x (W)60.0 x (D)60.0 cm. It seems a well constructed aappliance and I suppose by today's standards it was a reasonable price (Just over three hundred quid). It certainly washes clothes to my satisfaction and wash loads on the whole seem to take the same length of time as my parent's Zanussi ZWC 1300. When buying electrical appliances these days I always take into account environmental and energy efficiency related issues and the ZWF16281 certainly meets my expectations in this department. It comes with an A rated energy rating, an A rated wash performance an A rated spin performance. I think the wash performance related to how much water the machine uses...

Disadvantages: lint can get onto clothes on removal. Cannot change door opening!

...Having had a wonderful easy to use zanussi tumble dryer for the past umpteen years, I looked around and found that as i was satisfied with it's past performance, I would go with another zanussi. I have a large capacity washer, so I needed a 7kg dryer. The machine works well, although has many different settings, which i don't need and makes it a little complicated. The water reservoir is located at the top for easy removal. It is quiet and with the large door, makes it easy to load. Unloading however, You have to make sure you clear the lint filter before removing any clothes as it is situated at the front, just inside the door on the main body, so you have to pull the clothes out across it. When i forget- which is frequently, the clothes pick this up, which is rather annoying! I have it next to my WM and it would make life a lot...

Zanussi dishwasher does what it says on the tin

Advantages: Looks great, washes well, roomy bottom tray, "A" rating for efficiency
Disadvantages: Expensive, low on gadgets, bit noisy

...I have had this dishwasher for 6 months without any problems. It is an integrated one, so looks great in the kitchen as you cant tell it's there! The controls are all on the edge of the door - so you really don't see it's a dishwasher if it's closed. It has 5 different settings, though to be honest I tend always to use the 65 degree "normal" one. I have used the eco one (50 degrees) from time to time, but not the quick wash. The top basket is adjustable and loads of my very large things which didn't go in my old dishwasher do go in the bottom of this one, so that's great. It is easy to stack sensibly, and easy to unload. It does clean well - I don't get food places I shouldn't. It has the usual thing at the bottom you pull out to clean that collects bits of food residue and that's easy to remove and clean and put back. It has...

A Good Attempt from Zanussi

Advantages: V. Good wash performance & drying.
Disadvantages: Feels lightweight and is somewhat noisy.

..., both when washing and pumping. Feels lightweight - would have preferred a weighted door and a spring-catch door handle mechanism. All said, it washes the dishes well and I'm pleased with it to the point that we later bought a Zanussi washing machine to go with it....

Zanussi-Electrolux ZSF4143S slimline dishwasher

Advantages: Slimline, quiet, with a delay start facility
Disadvantages: Significant extra cost for silver finish and limited range of programmes

...When it has to be slimline (to fit the gap) and silver (to suit the rest of the kitchen appliances), the choice reduces dramatically, especially if you're not prepared to pay a fortune - does a silver-effect finish really have to be so much more expensive? I've had Zanussi appliances before, and always found them to be very reliable, so the ZSF4143S seemed an obvious choice, and it certainly hasn't disappointed so far. It has a fairly restricted range of programmes - intensive, normal, quick wash, economy and rinse hold. The delay start (with 3, 6 or 9 hour delay options) seemed an excellent idea, but in fact it's so quiet (unlike its predecessor!) that it hardly seems necessary to delay the start until the morning when going to bed at night. It's perhaps not as spacious as some slimline dishwashers, but it still holds more than...

I have always been used to, and liked Zanussi as I was brought up with them. My mom swears by them and our first washing machine was a 15 year old Zanussi of hers. Understandably they were one of the makes we looked and after several comparisons we chose this Zanussi ZNB343W. The price was reasonable everywhere but we got it from Sainsbury for £297.00 in the sale. We used our nectar points to bring the price down further and received almost 600 further points on the purchase. The Zanussi ZNB343W is a frost free 60/40 fridge-freezer. Price: we did not want to pay over £300, and this was £249.99, plus plumbing etc (I'll come on to that). 2. Good, realiable brand. 3. They had these in stock for quick delivery. Whilst I am not reviewing Comet, we did take advantage of their delivery and plumbing (£32.95) and eco diposal of our old washer (£7.50)....just try getting a plumber out the next day to do all this for £40. Zanussi slimline dishwasher - super sleek

...dishwasher had finished i was amazed at how clean my dishes were. everyhting was so gleaming and clean. It had dried completely. The thing to amaze me was glasses and cutlery, it was so clean i could not belive it. It is very easy to clean, after each wash under the bottom tray is a round trap to catch any food/bits which you twist off and empty into the bin and pop back in, thats it! I would recommend this dishwasher, not only very good value for money, but excellent results. I would be buying zanussi products again...
