Zyxel ADSL2+ Wireless Router
Review of ZyXEL Prestige 660HW-61 - wireless router by
chappy81
Advantages: Easy Install, 4-Port & Wireless, Reliable
Disadvantages: -
...If you are looking for a well priced router with all the great features of a more pricey Linksys or Netgear, the Zyxel 660HW-61 is definitely for you.
Firstly, whats in the box : You get the Router with built in 4-port Ethernet Hub and wireless antenna in sleek black. You also get a telephone cable, Power Adapter and an Ethernet Cable for initial setup/wired use. The instruction manual is clear and concise and the included CD is not really neccessary because there are no drivers to install, and all updates can be easily found on Zyxel's website.
Installation is quite easy, simply follow the manual, the basic steps are : Connect the router to the power and Phone line, connect it to a PC with an Ethernet port, and login via the web browser. After this it is a simple matter of putting in your ADSL details and settig up your desired...

Excellent piece of kit
Review of ZyXEL Prestige 660HW-T1 - wireless router - with ZyXEL ZyAIR G-202 Wireless LAN USB Adapter by
bonzoo_dog
Advantages: Low-cost, reliable, full-featured
Disadvantages: Doesn't look very cool (but who cares?)
...Over the last few months I've tried Wireless ADSL routers from 4 different manufacturers, using 54g wireless cards with WPA encryption.
The Belkin one would randomly refuse to allow 1 or 2 wireless clients to connect.
The Netgear one had very poor range (even though it was supposedly "RangeMax").
The Linksys one would randomly refuse to assign IP addresses to wireless clients after they'd connected.
The Zyxel one just works. Reliably. 100% of the time.
All 4 routers were running the latest firmware.
I even tried the helpdesk services for the other 3 and they all came up with the same irrelevant suggestions ("Try a different channel", "Try restoring the factory defaults", "Try upgrading the firmware") - I ended up wondering if they were all actually written by the same person!
Then I tried the Zyxel and my life...

TCP and PC's
Review of ZyXEL Prestige 310 - router by
tazorii
Advantages: hassle free networking
Disadvantages: complicated
...The ZyXEL router.
Networking is a great solution if your family has more than two PC's and / or an XBOX © / Playstation 2 ©. If you only have two PC's then a router is not really necessary because with Windows XP © and a crossed CAT 5 network cable (2 network cards) you can quite easily network both PC's with very little Hardware hassle. However, if you have two PC's (XBOX ©/ PS2 ©, then a switch and a ROUTER is a wonderful system.
The ZyXEL © Prestige 310 router was the one I went for. A simple yet functional router. A rectangular plastic box with no fancy design. Straight forward and simple Hardware installation! It came with a user manual, A/C power supply and a RS-232 (com port) cable but no network cable.
Plug the modem into the router and then plug the router into the switch (hub). Finally plug all your PC...

660 Times Better
Review of Epson Stylus Color 660 by
the_midnight_falcon
Advantages: Great picture quality coupled with a great ability to match screen colours, an ergonomic design and the huge brand name 'Epson' behind it makes this printer an excellent buy
Disadvantages: Print heads degrade over time meaning frequent running of the cleaning cycle is required; Print speed decreases drastically when printing photos although printing is always of high quality.
...The Falcon Writes...
The Epson Stylus Colour 660 printer is a useful asset to any home computer, and to most small businesses and schools to. If you need quick printouts of a high quality then this is the printer for you. Whilst it can take up to half an hour to print it's highest quality output on photographic paper, for the most part this printer is speedy and produces clear, crisp printouts.
On screen utilities are everything you need without getting too complex; i was looking at another printer's utility software and it allowed you to adjust colour mix quantities and the like; much too complex for the average user, and useless for anyone except an advanced graphic designer. The utilities of the Epson 660 are everything you need, and with it's bi-directional LPT port support you can get instant feedback if something goes wrong...

Epson 660.You cant beat the best
Review of Epson Stylus Color 660 by
blue2smiler
Advantages: good quality, fast.
Disadvantages: none
...Epson 660 can’t beat the best
The Epson 660 printer, well what can I say!! Everything I am going to say is all going to be good.
Well I suppose I have to tell you the good and bad areas of an Epson printer.
The software the Epson provide with the printer is very easy to install and is also god for new learners that have no idea of installing a printer. The instructions are easy to follow and there is also a contact number given for further help.
The printer is the best that I have witnessed so far. I have seen Lexmark, hp desktop, seiko and canon and none of those come to the standard of epson printers do. Well-done Epson keep up with the good hardware. 10 out of 10.
--- Good Areas.---
· Good quality
· Quick / fast
· Cheap
· Easy to install the software
· Easy to use and understand
· The problems are solved easily...

Logitech Cordless Deluxe 660 Keyboard and Mouse
Review of Logitech Deluxe 660 Cordless Desktop - keyboard , mouse by
del1234
Advantages: User Friendly,Quiet Operation.
Disadvantages: Key board Lift(feet Raised)not user friendly.
...When i ordered another Computer I was looking for an updated Keyboard..and mouse...
Logitech certainly have come out on top with this one,and should be proud of a package like the Deluxe 660.
The Good thing about it is it's stylish easy to use keyboard very friendly towards the user and setting it up is a breeze too...comes complete with all the software one could imagine and installation guide is very comprehensive which highlights the areas of installing the software Pretty Easy!!!...
An All round Keyboard which has a couple of disadvantages:
1. It is battery with infra red operation with no sign of power on light.
2. The Lift up with the back feet do not elevate it too a comfortable working position,
The Mouse.
Well just like any ordinary mouse with USB capabilities as well as infra red..can't complain battery...

HP Deskjet 660C Printer
Review of HP Deskjet 660c by
johnalderton
Advantages: Excellent HP backup service and warranty
Disadvantages: expensive ink cartridges
...I bought my 660C Deskjet printer when they first appeared - it must be over 5 years ago. Colour printing quality is excellent (including photographs), and text printing is acceptably fast. Included in the price at the time I bought it was a 3 year warranty. I have given the printer quite a hard time and although I have had a few problems I have found the HP warranty to be excellent - especially as it was included int he cost of the printer!
The print cartridges are quite expensive, so for a while I tried a refill kit - just for the black cartridge. This worked fine for text, but the quality of colour printing, where the black is mixed with the tri-colour inks was unacceptable. Dark images were a muddy brown instead of the clean black from the genuine HP cartridges.
After heavy use I started to get black streaks on the paper...

Hewlett Packard 660c - Print it your Way
Review of HP Deskjet 660c by
Hellzone
Advantages: takes Colour and Black ink, Fast, Durable, Cheap, Good Quality and long lasting
Disadvantages: Breaks after about 4years of Continous use
...Near enough the time when they first came out, my parents bought this printer for their old Packard Bell Computer. For years we had it, well about 2 actually, I used to think it was brilliant, printing off all my posters and stickers and stuff.
After about the 2 years my parents decided to buy a Hewlett Packard 690c (which I’ve also reviewed) as from the 660c and also many friends printers we had been thoroughly satisfied with the HP series and they gave me their old 660c.
This printer came and obviously still comes with a wide range of features, including software based printer maintenance, there are 3 main selections for Quality, Express (Use’s 50% less ink, but still seems to come out brilliant quality), Normal (Slightly slow to print but comes out very good quality) and High quality which comes out High Resolution...

The Pledge. The Turn. The Prestige
Review of The Prestige (DVD) by
DixieChick10
Advantages: Great charecters, script.
Disadvantages: Not much at all
...From the director that brought us Memento and the two latest Batman films, Christopher Nolan excels himself with this dramatic thriller, The Prestige.
The Plot
The film begins with Michael Caine's character telling a young girl about a magic trick. Each magic trick has three parts, the Pledge, the Turn and then finally The Prestige.
The film follows two starting magicians, Angier and Borden. They start off as good friends but then turn into rivals when Angier's wife is killed in a magic trick that went wrong.
The two spend the film, trying to work out each other's secrets and ruin their tricks, eventually ruining their livelihood.
Borden then however discovers a trick, the ultimate trick. This trick makes Angier loose his mind trying to work out how the hell Borden does this trick.
The Characters
Hugh Jackman...

Epson 660 good but could have lasted longer
Review of Epson Stylus Color 660 by
eightiescleaners
Advantages: Prints good photos, simple to use
Disadvantages: Very noisey when printing and warming up life span only just over a year
...disappointed when I went to print off a document one afternoon and the paper came out of the machine just as bank as it when in.
I went out to the computer store and bought a new black and a new colour ink cratridge. I put them in and then tried to print again and the same thing happend the printer head moved from side to side over the page but again the paper came out blank.
So after I had spent ages cleaning the print heads I finally relised it had seen better days and I should just buy another one and I did.
I sold the old epson 660 for spares and repairs over the internet for £10
Don't know what happended to it after that but I decided it would not buy epson again....
