Advantages: None whatsoever! Disadvantages: Extremely bad customer service and false delivery promises
I was in a rush to purchase some essential equipment to reorganise our office computers and Staples was the first website I found that offered next day delivery on all the random products that I wanted. There was a delivery detail next to each product online which said "next day delivery". Brilliant I thought - saves me lots of time. I put in my card details at checkout and when prompted if I would like to put in a different delivery address to my ... ...was phoned about 4 hours later by Staples and told that they couldnt deliver to a different address to the card address even though I was told that i could online! After an awful lot of trouble phoning our bank to temporarily change the card address I phoned back STaples and they assured me that I would till receive next day delivery and would phone me if any isssues. No phone call and no package the next day, or the next morning, so phoned Staples ...

Staples is a big concern with an online shop as well as stores throughout the UK and further afield. We have ordered from their catalogue and their online store. We found the Online Store fairly easy to navigate. There ... ...furniture to choose from. The site pages are quick to load and the ordering process is easy to follow. Staples plegde to deliver the next day (UK) for online orders that are in stock made before 6pm, although some remote areas of the UK may take up to 72 hours and bulky items may take longer than that! I have recently purchased a new printer an Epson 680, the one with the chipped cartridges, nice of Epsom to make our lives easy when it comes to bying replacement cartridges for our printers. I have however found a site that compatable cartridges for most makes of printers. the site is www.shopink.co.uk. They are a which trader which means that they have to make honest statements on the site that they will abide by. The prices for their cartridges ... ...for a matched pair of 680 cartridges(one black & one colour). The site promises next day dispatch of your order which for me was a problem as I ordered on a saturday, however my order arrived on tuesday morning first post (7 am). shopink also sell paper and mulitmedia products i.e. cdr & cdrw which amkes this the all round one stop home PC user site for all your replacement inks and paper.This is one site that I would recommend for use. ...
