Stargreen.com is generally the first place I would go to when I am looking for concert tickets. It is an online box office that has listings for pop and rock concerts in London and the greater London area. Stargreen.com does not have a fancy website, in fact, it looks very amateurish on a first visit. My boss wanted some tickets to a sold out George Benson show a few weeks before the gig. I contacted the Albert Hall directly but they were sold out so did a search and came up with Stargreen. I am very wary of online ticket agencies but Stargreen were excellent - obviously they mark the tickets up but not by too much (5-10% if I remember) and, most important, the tickets arrived quickly without a problem. ...only downside was that you cannot collect the tickets directly from their office in central London which would have made me less nervous but the recorded delivery was fine. It is also good they they do have an office so that I guess if you did have a problem at least you could go and take it up with them. ... Read review

unbelievably bad customer services - Our ticket for the Big Chill was NOT in with the car parking ticket as they claimed it was - so our word against theirs - And do they care? after selling over 5000 tickets, do you think they give a flying rats about our missing one? So that's another £120 forked out for another ticket and more costs and massive hassle to take them to the small claims court. NEVER EVER EVER have tickets delivered to you - go and pick them up in person.

Extremely Bad Customer Service- they are nice as long as everything goes well. You pay £5.50 postage fee, but I was so unlucky the Royal Mail lost my special delivery letter. Even though I've got in touch 8 days before the gig, they did nothing, they told me first to call myself and sort it with the post office. When I press then to find out what happen to my ticket, as it was them who sent it, they told me to leave my number and they'll call me ...
...the gig took place, I call to ask for a refund and they accused me of have taken the ticket, they said someone signed for it!!! it's absolutely rubbish!!! I lost my money- if you buy tickets with this people pray for the mail to get to you cause if something goes wrong you big time screwed up!!!
