StockGazing has a stock market simulator where people trade virtual portfolios of stocks and develop over time track records of their performance.
What's cool about this is that first, the simulator supports all US and UK stocks (apparently other markets are coming soon), second, the interface is really slick and easy to use (I wish my real broker were so good!), and three, the message boards have user track records tacked on, so you can read messages from only people who actually know what they're talking about!
Only drawback is that it's missing company information like profiles and good charts....
