I've been buying from these guys for a long time now (in the order of several years) and they've never let me down. Their prices are good, their website is easy to use and their shopping cart system is secure and efficient.
Their range of accessories is also very good, with various leads, picks, parts and even whole guitars and effects pedals on offer too.
I've never had to deal with customer support so I can't comment on that but I can only imagine they're very much up to scratch, as is the rest of their operation.

I ordered of stringsdirect.co.uk on the 10th Jan and I got my strings the next day. The strings came in a strong cardboard box, which was well packaged and had a good invoice which obviously had all the order information on it. The strings come in a plastic wallet in separate sleeves and was well packed.
When I ordered the strings I had the option of a brochure which was free, this also came in the parcel. I paid £10.98 for two packets ... ...card.
