LATEST UPDATE: Unfortunately, this site has now gone the way of many others in deciding to economise by no longer paying their Contributing Editors. Why do sites do this? I really think that they thought the writers would be quite happy to stay on and work for nothing. Well, we shall see. However, my own Green Home has not had an articles since December 2001 - the time they stopped paying - and I know a lot of other people feel the same way as I do. This review is based on my experience as a writer for suite101. I joined suite101 about 4 months ago. I came across the site on gumtree and thought it would be a good start to see my writing published. In order to become a writer for suite101 you have to fill in a short application form along with 2 sample articles. I filled in the application and sat back to await a response. At this point i was still sceptical about the site and whether it was possible to make money from it.
