Really really poor. I ordered some gifts in early Nov for Christmas and after receiving the obligatory e-mail detailing my order number, I heard nothing. After e-mailing them twice, and receiving no response, I phoned several times. Unfortunately all I received was an answerphone, and both messages I left went unheeded. It's now Feb and my order still sits on their system, but I've never heard a thing. Of course, Surpriseyourwoman has still got my credit card and home address details and I guess there's nothing I can do about it. Don't trust this site is my advice
