Advantages None
Disadvantages Only 6 months warranty's
They advertise 15 year warranty's however taps leak after only 6 months and they do NOT offer a refund and try to blame hard water...
Customer service also sucks.
Can't rely on ebay reviews or any reviews you read when those reviews are only provided on immediate delivery as they seem to be designed to last just more than 6 months...
You might be happy initially but when your bathroom floods due to their products you will end up paying much more, so its better off buying a quality tap in the longrun…

The above reflects my experience in dealing with this company, I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of doubt on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions I was completely messed around and ended up having to throw away the tap and having to buy a more expensive one.
They even had the cheek to send out an automatic email stating the reason the tap was faulty was because of hard water in my area when I was not even complaining about the tap I just bought to replace the previous faulty one. This clearly highlights they use a standard excuse to most clients.
