Got my money back in one...

Got my Taste card on offer (about £30) and already asked for next one for christmas as it's such a good deal. We usually go at weekends (usually Sunday but some available on Saturdays) Tastecardscan be ordered from tastecard.co.uk website which shows you all the restaurants included, how to use it and offers a 30 day free trial which I would recommend as they then offer you a lower price for the card (usually price £69.95) if you want a years subscription. There are often offers available which is how I got mine (I put offers on tastecard on search engine and found the martin lewis site offering a code for half price.
We have found some lovely places to eat that we wouldn't have found otherwize and at a great price, there is a wide variety of places to choose from :cafes, Indian, British, some chains (La Tasca) etc. Althougth most meals are for 2 there are some for more, we found what is now, our favourite place to eat, allows 6 people (all half price) and we saved more on this one meal than the price of the card.
You need to ring and book and once or twice I have found a restaurant not accepting the card on that day (Sunday usually) and it is sometimes from a certain menu ( a la carte) I always look at reviews before going somewhere new and Taste card only give positive comments which I dont think is right, so I always look on trip advisor.
Have had a few places where the website says 50% off all courses but then the place didnt give the discount on dessert. I have written to Taste when this happens and have always recieved a quick reply (not money back but an answer eg they have spoke to the restaurant or it is now off the site) but to be honest have always been so pleased with discount paying for a pudding hasnt been a major issue.
I would thoroughly recommend this if you enjoy going out for meals and want to save money.
