very poor service. order cinderella dvd at special price of £5.25. received email claim IT problem and dvd out of stock. but when check website again its gone up to £16.49 and IN STOCK!! Using a dirty trick to get customers to look and order from their website, then claim stock of stock and as a goodwill offer their vouchers. on checking other reviews websites, looks like this is not the first time this has happened!! BAD!!

Very poor service from taxfreeshopping.com. I ordered a dvd and one month later it still hasn't arrived. I e-mailed them and they didn't reply. I rang them and they didn't reply. Nowhere to cancel an order on their website. I had to go elsewhere to purchase the dvd as it was for a birthday present. An unreliable service - stay away from them!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!! Awful company, did not fulfil my order, very poor communication. Was the best deal around at the time so I placed an order and received an email confirmation (usualy a legal contract), what a mistake, after a month of hearing nothing else I thought something was up so I tried to contact them without any success, several email accounts on their website no longer exist. In the end I sent an email to all the emails on their website copied to the Jersey Trading Standards cancelling my order and letting them know what I thought of them.

Awful. I had difficulty registering on this site so didn't know whether I had managed to place an order or not. Four weeks later I had still not received the DVD so assumed I had failed and ordered from elsewhere. The DVD eventually arrived. I tried to contact them to see how I could return it and receive a refund. I eventually got this information. However, 2 months on and I have still not received the refund so they have effectively conned me out of £26. I have phoned and e-mailed a number of times but no luck. DO NOT place an order with this site!

...have advised me that if taxfreeshopping.com try to process my order now they will take action as fraud as I have taken reasonable steps to cancel the order. Please trust these reviews and stay away from taxfreeshopping.com. Despite the apparent alluring offers on their website it is highly unlikely that they will fulfil your order, and then you will spend all your time worrying about the fact that they have your bank card details. ...
