Advantages Excellent customer service, super fast resolution of my little problem, great TV/price!
Disadvantages None I guess as all's well that ends well

Just bought a Panasonic TXP42ST30 of these guys, found the item on Goggle shopping and they were the cheapest by far so that was a good start (£428 as opposed to £630 with others!!) it arrived in 2 days later even know I it stated 3-5, so that was also nice!!..however then arrose a small problem, the couriers which I could see bringing the box up my drive from my window appeared to let it slip from their hands, but it looked like the guy had caught it before it hit the ground, when I got to the door I immeditely checked the box and not seeing any damage thought it was all ok...however when I ... more

Advantages Cheap price for what we bought!...fast delivery....good site security!
Disadvantages none that I can think of really

Hello everyone, My son was recently wanting a new dvd/surround sound system to replace his old one that was apparently 'crap'..his technical term...not mine!!..anyway he had some Birthday money burning a hole in his pocket, and I suggested that I take him down town and we could pop in some local shops ,like Currys, or Dixons etc to get one...he informed me that hardly anyone now apparently 'pops into a shop' anymore and that its all done online, I must admit I've always been a little wary giving over all my card details on the internet but have been told to watch for various things on the ... more

Advantages Nice website, seem to have a good range of gear, very fast delivery..sweet TV!
Disadvantages Although only a minor annoyance I didnt get through first time when calling

I came across this company somewhat by accident searching for Samsung TV's..they appeared to have a competitive price on the item I was looking for (samsung UE46d7000) and their website showed that its was in stock, however I have found in the past on some websites this is by no means a guarantee, so I decided to give them a call to make sure..first time I couldn't get through, but tried a second and got through straight away, the guy I spoke with was pleasant and helpful and advised that the item was in stock as shown on the website (I did mention that I had tried to get through earlier and ... more

Advantages cheap, quick delivery, friendly and knowledgeable reps on the phone
Disadvantages none that i have experienced yet - the website was a bit slow i suppose

So, having done a fair amount of homework on this I finally went ahead and ordered the long coveted samsung 3D UE46D8000 from the cheapest retailer on the net (that I could find anyway) who appeared to be la legitimate business, but there seems to be very little written about them online so I proceeded with caution and gave the guy at the end of the line a bit of grilling ;-) before placing my order. 24 hours later the TV arrived (and its jaw droppingly good too but I'll leave that for another review...) So.. all in all happy days.. I saved a packet and everything went very smoothly indeed ... more
