What a brilliant concept, picture this, you go on holiday and take a picture of a lovely fountain, or a picturesque statue in Prague and when you get home, you develop your pictures and find some guy you dont know peeing behind the statue. Well thats what this site is about, finding those random people, if you have a picture and would like these people to come forward and admit they spoilt your picture. ...as far as i have seen there is nothing you have to pay for on this site. The site could really do with some more features, while what they have is well thought out it is very limited.
