Maybe you want to find out about the latest releases, or upcoming releases, or peoples opinions on long lost films - go to the Software Forum.
Bargain Forum is a place where your credit card will be seriously damaged ... ...to pick up the X-Files series 1 box set for a mere £19.99, a colour Gameboy for £40.00, FREE CHOCOLATE - and loads more.
Also worthy of specialy note is the Classifieds section whereby people trade and sell their dvd's, computer games, videos - whatever. An excellent addition to this section is the moderator run "Good Traders Thread" whereby you can check the trading history of the people you are dealing with.

every time i log onto the internet there is always one site i visit several times. there is only one site that i hate for making me spend more money that i should. that site is thedvdforums.com. this site offers forums that relate to dvd stuff such as movies, player problems, reviews and which companies you should be buying your dvd's from. i've been a member of the site for a few years and count myself among the regular visitors with over 2500+ ... ...is that you're amongst people who love the same things as you. you can slag off the same films and fawn over the same great dvd releases that have come out or are due for release. there's no other site that i know which has great community spirit where everyone gets into arguments over incredibly pointless things! the beauty of the dvdforums is that it has a forum dedicated to finding bargains, if a fellow dvd user has sniffed out a bargain then ...

The bargain forum is full of information supplied by various members who are now ... ...the internet. Not that I have spent that much time doing the sums but I would say that this site alone has saved me in excess of £200 in the last six months. The content is not merely confined to the world of home cinema and DVDs, just last week the members were informed that safeway were selling Pepsi at 65p for 2l – bargain, or that by filling in a questionnaire on the guiness web site you could get a free T-shirt, also there are other offers ...

Advantages: Well there is some good content. Disadvantages: Admins thinking they are gods.

The recent departure of three of the best mods CarlP,TheFly, and DaveM left a sour taste in most peoples mouths. I know the guys behind it work hard to maintain it, but the way they can act sometimes makes me think the power has gone to their heads. Luckly though, the sister site www.dvdtimes.co.uk seems ...
