I found these guys on Google Shopping whilst looking for a Tapco mixer. Their internet price was good but I still managed to barter the sales guy down by a tenner which equated to free postage. The salesman was very chatty and helpful. The package arrived next day no probs which was necessary as it was used on stage that night. Looks like a lot of people have had problems with internet orders from the Music King and it seems like a stock checking ...

I was looking a for my son's first guitar, but didn't want to spend too much in case he dosen't carry it on. Not a shop I'd ever attempt to buy goods off again. My wife ordered me an amplifier about two months before my birthday was due. Three days before the event, she was still chasing Music King to try and get them to deliver, after a string of broken promises. We eventually ordered the amp from somewhere else - and it arrived bang on my birthday. When she tried to get a refund off them, it was almost taken as a personal insult. We FINALLY got them to ... ...the delay, I'd suspect that they advertise goods which they don't have in stock. I couldn't recommend them to anyone who actually wanted to buy something over the internet - if, however, you're interested in giving your money to someone and then continually ringing to ask where your goods are, they're highly recommended. I'd invite Music King to explain exactly what happened with my order, but - quite frankly, I wouldn't believe the explanation. ...

They took my money immediately but have not delivered any goods. I ordered a guitar from The Music King - http://www.themusicking.co.uk - Now I am having to fight to get a refund. Many promises have been broken by them and I get no response from them via email and have rarely been able to speak to anybody via phone. I am only trusting my bank to recover my money. I wish I had read the other bad review on this site. My experience has been the worst ... ...money back. I was promised a refund - I received NOTHING. I called to chase the refund and was assured that a mistake had been made but now the refund was performed while I was on the phone. I even received a confirmation email. A further 10 days passed while I checked my bank online and I received NOTHING.. No explanation - No refund - No goods. ...
