In my search for guitar accessories I came upon this site whilst comparing prices for various bits and pieces I needed to enhance the experience of my lovely new Gibson guitar. The Music King is an instrument store in Birmingham that stock guitars, bass guitars, drum kits and a wide assortment of similar goods. When viewing their web site, the assortment they offer seems very good. The Music King's web site says it you order an item that is in stock before 2pm it will arrive the next day. I found a guitar at a real good price there and sent a message for availability.Information was that the guitar is in stock and ready for shipping.After paying with paypal I asked for a tracking number - no reply.5 days later I informed paypal to complain.Sometimes I reached somebody by phone,it was never clear who was spoking,I guess always the same 2 or 3 guys but the gave me the feeling I never had contact before with and they were not informed at all.I always got the information the sales manager Paul has to be asked and will call me back - he never did ! Many promises have been broken by them and I get no response from them via email and have rarely been able to speak to anybody via phone. I am only trusting my bank to recover my money. On the 14th of December I ordered a Westfield SR383 electro acoustic guitar of The Music Kings website as a xmas present. On the 15th the money was swiftly taken from my account. On the 17th i received an email stating my order had been shipped. Therefore i was reasonably convinced i would get this before Christmas.
