I have been with the mutual.net for some time & have accumulated over 19000 points.However when I try to access the site now I am taken to mutualpoints.com which they have taken over from mypoints.co.uk I have sent an e-mail to my-points asking what has happened to my points but have had no reply.Has anyone else had this problem? I was already registered with 'mypoints' & the total no of points is still the same.This is very annoying as I had shopped quite often with companies at the mutual.net in order to increase my holding when I could have used other sites such as eurmiles or even 'mypoints'.I have had quite a few £25 vouchers from 'mypoints' but I am now wary of using this site too as I am afraid these points will also 'disappear.
