...eventually located the handset on theorder.co.uk website for £279. It certainly did sound like quite a bargain. As the handset was for a gift I wanted somewhere that offered an excellent delivery service. I had also seen the handset on Play.com for around the same price, however the delivery times were around 3-5 working days, and with no reasonable option to upgrade the delivery package.
So, I placed my order with theorder.co.uk, as they claimed ... ...found their emails to be quite unprofessional at times, and also come across quite short. This coupled with lack of customer service telephone support, and no option to have the item posted to any other address than the cardholders registered address, means that I won't be using theorder.co.uk again! ...

I decided to let go of my old mobile phone (on a pay as you go tariff) and opt for a newer phone on a pay monthly contract. I began my surf on the web and came across the site theorder.co.uk. I must say, I was most impressed! The site was extremely easy to use and very informative. I was able to list my main requirements in a phone and match these against all the service providers available. You can carry out a search by service provider and then ... ...choose a tariff. The website was so easy to use and very well set out. It also gives a very full run down on the spec of the phones available and on the same page, you can choose the best tariff to meet your requirements, so I was able to page back and forth until I decided on the best phone and matching tariff. It also lists which accessories come with the phone. I wanted a phone which was up to date (I have just received my brank spanking new Nokia ...

Fast, well packaged delivery, I ordered at 2pm and the phone was delivered at 7:55 the next day by the postman. Easy to use website, good communication via e-mail and my questions were answered quickly :) however, there is no phone number to ring! The phone is fantastic and came with lots of extra goodies that I wasn't expecting! Overall a very pleasant shopping experience, highly reccomended

...problem is.
I found TheOrder.co.uk - and to my suprise, they have stock of the 6230 as an upgrade pack. I ordered immediatly, and waited. The first contact I had was an immediate response in the form of an automated e-mail saying that my order had been received. This was followed in another 30 mnutes with a second e-mail saying that the order had been processed. I was still a little shocked, and not 100% sure they could deliver where orange had ... ...was at my office in less than 24 hours! Care of free royal mail special delivery.
I have only to register to my number and I'm off. Visit TheOrder at http://www.theorder.co.uk for any UK mobile (Orange, O2, T-Mobile & Vodfone) and even SIM Free phones.
