I decided to let go of my old mobile phone (on a pay as you go tariff) and opt for a newer phone on a pay monthly contract. I began my surf on the web and came across the site theorder.co.uk. I must say, I was most impressed! The site was extremely easy to use and very informative. I was able to list my main requirements in a phone and match these against all the service providers available. You can carry out a search by service provider and then match your phone to this, or, pick a phone and choose a tariff. The website was so easy to use and very well set out. It also gives a very full run down on the spec of the phones available and on the same page, you can choose the best tariff to meet your requirements, so I was able to page back and forth until I decided on the best phone and matching tariff. It also lists which accessories come with the phone.
I wanted a phone which was up to date (I have just received my brank spanking new Nokia 8310 and it is literally all singing and all dancing but once I have learnt how to use it (!!) I will be giving an opinion on it!) and I was able to make the decision between this one and the other hottest phones available on the market.
I found ordering the phone over the internet was very straighforward and you received a notification to your e-mail address informing you as to whether the phone was available and when it would be delivered. I did give them a call (out of curiosity mainly to see if they had a usual 'your call is very important to us' and then make me wait 10 plus minutes!!) and I was surprised to have the phone answered in about 2 rings!! The staff are very helpful and as the phone is delivered by Royal Mail, they offer to give you the delivery number so you can check the status of delivery over the Internet.They stated that it would arrive this morning before 12pm and as promised there it was as 11am!! Overall, I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family and will certainly be checking their site out again when I need my next mobile phone!
