Advantages none
Disadvantages no one willing to speak to us or help in any way
flew with thomsonfly Sept 6th 2008 arrived in plenty of time to be told they had overbooked the flight only 2 seats left and there was 5 in our party and a baby.Were told we could take a later flight but would have to travel to Gatwick from Manchester for a flight at 6pm it was then 6am in the morning they would be compensated for there trouble 400euros per person myself daughter and baby took the flight and my husband grandson and son in law went to Gatwick caught the flight at 6pm but went to Barcelona first arrived at resort 2am in the morning was told the compensation would be waiting for us on our return 7 weeks later still no compensation and no one will help us on the phone 5 hrs passed from pillar to post.absolutely disgusted will never use them again Mrs D Beaden
