This is the worst experience i've ever had with any other mobile operator, the coverage is absolutely crab, listen, don't make any contract with those cons, it's a big company, but you'll see what will happen next, you can talk, talk, talk while you making an important call and after 30 seconds talking you will realize that you've spoken to nobody cause the connection is already broken because of the 'good' 3g coverage. I regret i've make a contract for 18 months with them. BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!! ...

So far it has taken 3 over 96 hrs to programme my sim card after loosing my phone.
If you take my advice you will never do business with these people they are uncontactable you only ever get to talk to the call centre in India & that is not good enough they just read you the standard script

Customer Service Let Down
The phone and service are good and I found it to have good coverage as I travel about the UK.
However the customer service department is in India and it has soured the relationship I have with 3G.
I have tried emailing and phoning their head office but cant get anyone here in the UK to talk to me.
Why do companies let themselves down with poor cutomer service from India.
I find it very difficult to understand them and they dont have any latitude to deal with anything out of the ordinary. ...

Winner of the 2005 award for, er, something or other which they were probably the only entrants (ok, ok, it was the best 3G network award), Three (Hutchison 3G) present us with their no-holds-barred, spangly .co.uk offering.
Until recently, Three (I'll call them '3' from now on) provided the cheapest bundled pay-monthly deals on the market, subsidised heavily by their parent company's deep, deep pockets. Actually, that has all changed ... ...the first time, but they are still perceived as the place to go for loadsa minutes and texts for the monthly price that other networks are charging for half the amount. Bargain.
The website is a bit like their ads - slightly insane - however (bless their cotton socks) they deserve some praise after spending all of daddy's money on a few musical balloons, lots of cheap airtime and a load of perception-bending substances. Joking aside, it is really ...
