Got through this morning to get Take That tickets for my wife, very quick service, made it clear which tickets were available, payment taken and all confirmed. Hard to get through but a pleasure to deal with once you do get through!

Advantages: Ticketline only compares favourably to other ticket agencies because it is a more personal company
Disadvantages: Old technology website - bad quality helpdesk

The company has a very aggressive policy regarding refunds and is not in the slightest bit sympathetic to customers when they may ask for refunds or changes to their bookings, even if it is clearly that Ticketline in error.
