Advantages: Cheaper booking fees than most, ability to add more than one batch of tickets to each order, clean and uncluttered site, Disadvantages: Poor search facility, limited number of listings, no secure post option unless required
Ticketweb, Ticketmaster's ticket administration arm, allows venues and promoters to provide their clients with a full ticketing service which might otherwise not be available. The site only sells tickets for venues, organisations etc with which it is affiliated and as such, it often carries a smaller selection of tickets than other major competitors. This is not necessarily a bad thing however, as many major events and a huge number of smaller events ... ...the easy to use website, or through the company's 24 hour call centre. Personally, I have never had a single problem using either method and the transaction has always been quick and simple. Once ordered, you can easily track your order in real time via the website, and never once have my tickets taken more than a few days to arrive.
Where Ticketweb really comes into its own is in the facilities it provides to order tickets to more than one event ...
