I bought this basin and WC set, along with a few other things from Better Bathrooms. The bath suite was of good quality and I'm pleased with my purchase. Really good prices for what I got! Good customer service, friendly staff and quick delivery! I didn't expect everything to turn up so quickly - I wasn't quiet ready! Ended up with an entire bathroom suite on my landing for a week, so watch out! The service was very good. I had a bit of a problem with the wrong bath waste, but I phoned and they were very helpful, sending me out a new one within a couple of days. All in all, I'm quite impressed. Just wish they did kitchens!

Design service not as good as advertising suggests but none the less we bought the kitchen as seemed good value for money. Indeed kitchen is good, but few things have gone wrong - issues with design and leaking tap/sink afterwards. Each time there has been a problem the shop have been very dismissive (and i would even go as far as to say aggressive) in dealing with the issues. Good kitchen but awful after sales service!

I had a moben kitchen installed earlier this year. The Designer/ sales guy was excellent, he seemed very enthusiastic about the companies product and pointed out the best offers. We were working by a budget and told the guy, he was very honest about how to keep the prices down. The service was what we expected straight through to the completion. Although the prices are quite steep, probably the only downfall, well worth it. We had a B & Q kitchen before which was much cheaper than moben, but never again, I;ld rather pay the extra for the quality and the service, what a difference.

I bought an Ikea Kitchen in May and had the recommended fitting company, Core and Ore to fit it. That was 6 months ago and we are still waiting for the work to be completed. Buy the units from Ikea, they are good quality but going by my own bad experiance, steer clear of Core and Ore and their sub-contractors and get your local kitchen fitter in, he will do a better job and will be a lot cheaper.
