I have had two of these drills both supplied by the same company. The first was replaced under warranty. The problem is that the front bearing fails very quickly giving massive play in the chuck. My second failed just the same within 6 months, I am not a pro nor have I used it for anything other than straight drilling. Apart from that I would rate it 5*, battery charge life is outstanding.

I am now looking for my forth dn12dy I work these drills very hard and they are great, you can get in those tight spaces and screw or drill to your hearts content, I have had other angle drills but always come back to this one ,10 out of 10.

Not what I expected from Bosch. It's okay for light jobs but throw anything more demanding at it and it just can't cope. LED light stopped working after 2 weeks. Screwdriver failed completely within 6 months. I won't be buying another. It didn't even last as long as my old Black and Decker and that was cheap as chips!

Advantages: Any advantages irrelevant considering product extremely dangerous!!
Disadvantages: Charging Unit catches fire if left overnight!!
