I could not agree more. Their customer service is shocking. We paid to have pet sensitive alarms and our kitten has set them off five times since we had the system installed. Twice we have had engineers out to change the system settings and they never turn up then they are supposed to. The first time I took an afternoon off work for a 2-6 appointment and they didnt turn up till 6.30. The second time (yesterday) I again took the afternoon off for a 2-6 appointment. At 6.30 when I called to complain that no one had turned up and I had taken an afternoon off work the customer 'service' agent replied "well I didnt tell you to take an afternoon off work" Charming !!!

Advantages: Very good strong locks.
Disadvantages: Need oiling and paying for.

the customer service is just the worse ever. They tell you and the engineer is coming between 1pm and 5pm or whatever and then you get a call at 6.30 saying that the engineer is busy and cannot came. so you have waisted your afternoon with waiting. then you ask if thay could come in the evening lets say 9 o'clock and at 9.45pm nothing. you phone them up. oops they are extremely busy and they don't care at all...this pattern happens any time i called them to fix my alarm in the last 3 years.. don't trust big companies go for smaller one

Disadvantages: Poor customer service, binding 3-yr contract, extra dial-out charges for non-BT.
