	Quick review of diy.co.uk ( B & Q ) Review of diy.co.uk ( B & Q ) by navrang Bathroom supply and installation Advantage: Good discount and interest free terms Disadvantge: Installation incomplete even after 7 weeks. Delivery and supply of goods ordered - incomplete, all the goods ordered not delivered, wrong items delivered. Installation by contractors - unsatisfactory - did not start on due date. It has taken over 7 weeks the installation Two B & Q appointed contractors employed, shoddy workmanship by first contractor. No response from store manager, sales and design person or Customer service Manager on complaining and writing about shoddy workmanship and delay in supply of goods. Excess damage to carpets and furniture as a result of faulty installation of plumbing feeding water to the washbasins. Lot of inconvenience, mess and stress. Avoid B & Q. 	Quick review of Bensons Bed Shop Review of Bensons Bed Shop by Hilary54 I also am currently having a dipute with Bensons. I bought a kingsdown bed....assured it was the most comfortable. The mattress very quickly developed an uncomfortable dip in the middle so that I was sleeping in a hole. After a long performance they agreed there was a problem and changed the mattress. I am having the same problem with the second mattress. Trying to get someone to make a descision and give me a refund is impossible. The store? Customer services? They pass you backwards and forwards and rarely return calls when they promise. I am heading for the BBC, local radio and solicitors if something doesn't happen soon. How to make your customers happy? They failed the course big time!!! 	Quick review of Bensons Bed Shop Review of Bensons Bed Shop by nosleep Don't go near Bensons We bought our mattress in Bensons and the assistant gave us a big lecture on the advantages of their beds. He let us try the mattress. He even persuaded us that to get the most of the matress, we have to buy the bed that goes with it. when we got the bed and mattress, it was not what we had tried and after many complaints, someone from the manufacturing company came and made a report that the bed is fine. Benson did not listen to us afterwards and we are stuck with it. We only used it for about 2-3 weeks and we are back to our old mattress. We will never go near that shop. The order arrived in 2 days but there were no instructions provided and to my horror after sales did not exist, you e-mail your enquiry! As for returns in the same condition as arrival you pay the return post also, all items incur a 10% restocking fee and £3 processing fee, daylight robbery. 	Quick review of B & Q (Shop) Review of B & Q (Shop) by misterchef B & Q Gloucester will never see me again after I returned a washing line that broke in 2 places after only 6 months. I took it back to a very unhelpful lady and then asked for her supervisor who was totally uninterested in the faulty product - he did not even look at it! I have complained to HQ but whatever happens now I wont be back. 	Quick review of Bathstore.com Review of Bathstore.com by middxsatr this company is a joke. i spent £2000 for a new bathroom, sales person was very good and friendly- at the time. i was told that the sink was out of stock and everything will be delivered together when it was back in stock. 1 month later i have just over half of my order-including the bath in my small london flat with a 1 year old baby! now another 2 months on and i still have not got the rest! its a nightmare, they do not inform you of what is going on, despite them saying them will. you cant even talk to somebody at customer services or head office, the buck stops with the store! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
