A Chukking Great Invention

The Baxi Barcelona is dreadful boiler. We installed one just over five years ago when we converted from oil to gas, and have had to pay over £200 in replacement parts since then, not including the cost of servicing. Has been described by my boiler engineer as 'the ford escort' of gas boilers, and by this i think he means c.1983 MkII model. The baxi is old technology being passed off as something suitable for the late 20th century. Looks like ours now needs a new expansion vessel, so we may just replace it altogether (with a German model). Avoid BAXI products like the plague.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM CLICKSHOP.I ordered from CLICKSHOP DS TT 4GB. The order arrived in 2 days but there were no instructions provided and to my horror after sales did not exist, you e-mail your enquiry! As for returns in the same condition as arrival you pay the return post also, all items incur a 10% restocking fee and £3 processing fee, daylight robbery.

A complete waste of money. The paint is very poor quality but expensive. Be prepared for 2 or 3 coats to cover even the lightest coloured wall. Certainly does not save time. I will not be using mine again.

Design service not as good as advertising suggests but none the less we bought the kitchen as seemed good value for money. Indeed kitchen is good, but few things have gone wrong - issues with design and leaking tap/sink afterwards. Each time there has been a problem the shop have been very dismissive (and i would even go as far as to say aggressive) in dealing with the issues. Good kitchen but awful after sales service!

I had a moben kitchen installed earlier this year. The Designer/ sales guy was excellent, he seemed very enthusiastic about the companies product and pointed out the best offers. We were working by a budget and told the guy, he was very honest about how to keep the prices down. The service was what we expected straight through to the completion. Although the prices are quite steep, probably the only downfall, well worth it. We had a B & Q kitchen before which was much cheaper than moben, but never again, I;ld rather pay the extra for the quality and the service, what a difference.

My cat was extremely finicky until I discovered Olli. She was off her food and deteriorating I was at my wits end she was turning her nose up at everything. Two years later she's in fantastic condidtion it's hard to realise that she's nearly fiften years old. Olli has given her a whole new lease of life. The trouble is that I'm almost out of it and can't seem to find a stockist now that Waitrose don't sell it. First Asda dropped out them Sainsbury - I really don't know what to do can anyone help me?
