	Quick review of eclipse-computers.com (Eclipse Computers, Coventry) Review of eclipse-computers.com (Eclipse Computers, Coventry) by asdfgh999 Appalling. They might be cheap. They might get good reviews every now and then but you'll pay in the end. My system had a fault from the start - erratic boots, failure to accept new software etc. I tried to reinstall Windows several times on their recommendation - no joy. Returned it (at my expense -£25) Waited 3 weeks for diagnosis (and had to phone them to get it) Their graphics card found to be the cause Told to wait 28 days while they find a replacement (Had to phone them to be told this) Joined a site like this for the first in my life to vent my spleen and hopefully put a couple of people off doing what I've done. I ghave to admit I di dnot do my homework, went and bought the camera, and only after that check the reviews about the company, which got me scared. In short, the communications with customers are not good, the web site is deceiving, but the price was right, and after a couple of mails I got a tracker and the goods were delivered. Taking into account others'comments, maybe I was lucky They should clearly state that they are not a UK company. Heard nothing for a week and left a message which was not returned. Eventually managed to get some one to answer the phone and was told it wasn't in stock, but would be delivered the following Tues. Did not arrive and wasted a day waiting. I rang again and was told machine was still not in stock, but would be delivered the following week. I cancelled order and took 3 more emails and phone calls to eventually get my account credited. Take your money at order, not dispatch, sell you next day delivery on item that they have not got in stock (Without telling you there is no stock), charge you for ringing them via their number, do not communicate at all, long phone waits, no email replies, I have never had such poor service and I hope they go BUST very soon. They just don`t seem to care. As appears to be the course with this company the Next Day Delivery service did not happen. In fact 4 working days later i still do not have my phone. Guess what..... I email their customer service who get back (in fairly good time) telling me that this phone is out of stock. There was no indication of this on their website or in prior communication with me.
