i have to agree the support staff is terrible, most of them are 16 year olds & anybody wants a free forum till they are bigger enough for a proper host i wouldn't use forumotion at all, it seem to me it's for kids

The most god-awful bunch of incompetent fools I have every had the displeasure of spending my money on!!! Idiots!!! Stay clear - they don't have a clue, I had problems from the start, priblems cancelling, and even after a truely awfull customer service and technical support 12 months with them, they _still_ pester me with 'reports' on my old hosting package. If you like your hosting companies to employ folks with brains - look elsewhere! Websfusion sucks.

If you are thinking of using vi.net for any form of hosting think again, their web site and sales team comes across as a professional but they are really bad when it comes to web hosting. I had a high level solution with them you name it I had it remote backup, firewall, dedicated server, support, but they nearly knocked me out of business - 3 days downtime then another 2 days and this happened after every few months. Most of all it was not even my fault it was there hardware which kept crashing and even backups were not restored until 2 days later. The only solution support could offer was upgrade to more expensive hardware even though I was only using 12% total.

Advantages: Cost, Service, Accesibility (Internet access)
Disadvantages: Location of server house (Stratford, London)

Very expensive for .co.uk and like another Reviewer here, were completely incompetant when it came to automatically renewing my domain. It says is T&C that domain renewal is done automatically if a CC is left on file - except they THEN tell you they don't do that anymore when you wonder why you've lost your domain name Also, was charged a whopping fee of £13 for renewing domain name THREE HOURS LATE on their system. The fact that - because they are in the US! - the email was received by me at 5:30 in the morning made not a jot of difference to this incompetant, useless, expensive Domain Name Sellers - WARNING TO ALL - DO NOT USE THEM!!!
