Vauxhall Meriva Car
Review of Vauxhall Meriva 1.6 Life 8V by
RunningDen50
Advantages: A feeling of safety on the road
Disadvantages: Left hand indicator doesn't click off and windscreen bars obscure view
I bought my Meriva in 2004 and I love it! I enjoy driving it very much. Because you are higher off the ground than a normal saloon car you get a much better view of the road ahead and the oncoming traffic.
It is a very comfortable car with lots of ...

Quick review of Vauxhall Astra SXi 1.6 hatchbacki
Review of Vauxhall Astra SXi 1.6 hatchbacki by
Loafah
I bought mine 6 years ago - "52" 2002. I know I'll have to change her eventually, but what other car will give me all that she does at the cost? If you treat the SXI with respect, she'll run and run without missing a beat. Tyre wear is nothing - I did 35K before getting to the tread limit. Exhaust? No problems, it must be made of titanium. Interior- plenty of comfy room for a family of 4. The best buy I could have made. She owes me nothing. I just hope the new Insignia will be just as good. She will be sorely missed when I eventually (reluctantly) lose her. A great mid-range motor.
Excellent Vauxhall support too.

Quick review of Vauxhall Meriva Enjoy 1.6i 16v
Review of Vauxhall Meriva Enjoy 1.6i 16v by
Legion101
I was sold this car. The only thing that I could find is that it was easy to get in and out of. For me, it was too noisey. It lacked 'oomph' on the motorway, I found pulling out in to the fast lane positively scarey at times. The biggest drawback was the blind spot. The roof spars that came down nest to the driver obscured a lot of view. It was spacious when the seats were down in the back. When full of adults, it struggled. I had mine for 4 months then traded it in for a Vectra.
