I have had a really positive experience with The Fuller CV Ltd. Follwoing my initial contact I had an hour long telephone conversation with Colin, who was most help ful and managed to reduce my 6 page CV containing a list of job roles to a 2 page, professionally presented record of achievements and a fantastic cover letter personalised to the position I was applying for within 7 days! I was the only external candidate offered and interview and was up against 15 internal applicants who were interviewed ... I got the job! I have been really pleased with the level of contact and professionalism ... one of the best investments I've ever made!

Advantages: quick work
Disadvantages: emotional demoralising, can be out of work for weeks, only give u feedback if got job.
i found reed to be a waste of time. i go onto the website (www.reed.co.uk) a lot. I also find with reed and all other agencies apart from the smaller ones, to be quite rude and not so cureous when giving you feedback, seems you get nowhere as for intervie ...

The Fuller Cv interviewer was very friendly and professional, and overall I would say my CV looks quite good. There were some things which I thought to be important left off of the CV, and as I did not want to wait another week to apply for jobs-which I'd have to do if I re-submitted it to the Fuller Team to make the improvements- I added these in myself. I don't know yet whether this CV has been a helpful investment as I just got it two days ago, but I do feel more confident submitting it for jobs than I did with my old one. It's a much punchier read and makes me look quite accomplished and worth hiring. Let's hope employers think so!

Overall I am very pleased with the service I received. The finished product is very professional and much better than my previous one that I had done for myself. The consultant rang pretty much on time and asked a number of questions on my work experience, all of which have been accurately reflected. As a result of this I now have a dynamic CV to send out to companies. I had no responses when I sent out my old CV, but I am feeling quite positive that I will get a much better response now. I would recommend the service to others. Costwise the service is not exactly cheap, but I do feel that is money well spent.

Adecco is the worst agency I have worked with in the last 12 years. After months of trying to get paid, I have emailed every email address I could find to adecco world wide. I have had no response from any one.
I have told them I will post reviews about them if the don't respond, but they just can't be bothered. I have directed email to their press departments and CEO's but nothing. I have told them I don't want my payment anymore, but would prefer to post my experience about them instead. If you care about your hard earned money then keep clear of this agency, because it is rubbish.

The telephone interview was very well conducted, lots of probing questions asked which led to all kinds of useful information surfacing which I would otherwise not have thought to include or emphasise.
I was quite flattered that a large proportion of my original wording was retained, but the improved layout and presentation ensured the final document is much more impressive and professional-looking, yet concise. I
am now looking forward to reaping the benefits when I submit applications to prospective employers.

I recently have finished a temp position at Kelly Services.
They first start off really nice and friendly but then when you want help from them they do not want to know!
They messed up my pay completly and told me it was my mistake! which is a total lie as i went into the office in person and handed in my timesheets!
I had to contact head office to resolve this matter!
They do not respond to emails or phone calls.
I will NEVER work for them again!!
Employment wise they try to put you forward for jobs of no intrest to you at all and if they do find something you might like it is totally out of area!

Brookstreet are probably the most useless agency imaginable, problems I encountered included: having to take a ridiculous IT 'test' which didn't allow shortcuts, and therefore tested nothing. Never once being sent a payslip despite asking for one several times. They don't give payrises for temp work, even over the course of years. More irritatingly, the staff do not seem to have a clue. They have no obvious ability to help people find work, and act like they couldn't care less most of the time. They don't put people forward for jobs even though they could blatantly do them, and I swear that the adverts in the windows/online are fake because when I have asked about them they've been conveniently filled that afternoon.

Great service and a long unhurried chat with the consultant. The CV added good confidence to my job search. Upon reading the CV it did highlight my existing skills which perhaps I had overlooked previously whilst busily writing a history essay on my career.

I was tempted by the "free CV review" advertised on one of the job sites, and submitted my less than adequate CV. The chap who called, James, was an excellent salesman. He must have mentioned the Fuller CV's standing in the CV community a dozen times, and in the end I agreed to the full service.
The consultant who called hardly instilled me with confidence, and made some sweeping assumptions, but produced what looks like a good CV. There were a few errors in it, but it's being corrected FOC.
It remains to be seen whether this CV will get me my dream job, but it's definitely better than the one I produced!
