Disadvantages: High workload (but that is true of every Oxbridge course)

Advantages: Friendly dept, good facilities, mostly good lectures
Disadvantages: Wrong choice of college gives you bad supervisors, hard work, a couple of terrible lecturers

Advantages: Interesting, small and intimate group, well taught. All round a great subject.
Disadvantages: Little choice in the first year. Not many direct career prospects (though philosophy graduates have a fairly high employment rate)
