Disadvantages: salt if you choose the slightly salted version.

A 500g tub of Lurpak Spreadable is currently on offer at ASDA as a two for £3.00 offer. That's £3.00 for 1Kg of spreadable deliciousness. I do tend to use marg for most of my dairy requirements for spreading, and that is generally because it spreads strai ... Read review

Fruity sensation?
Review of Tesco Duo Mix Peach and Apricot Yoghurt by Amy69

Advantages: delicious, cheap, healthy, versatile
Disadvantages: only in tesco

When I choose my yoghurts, I am not too fussy whether the yoghurt is of a brand name or not, but I do like to go for brands that I know are good, as I am sure to find it satisfying. However, one of the latest I tried was a store's own make, Tesco's to be ... Read review

ah THIS thing! I got addict to this during my stay in Scotland and coming back home I did have really hard time forcing myself to use normal, non-salted butter. Like a year ago or sth they started to import it, but I decided to stick to my normal butter (well, margarine, in fact) as the Lurpack's salty kind does add just a little bit too much salt to the daily intake, in my opinion. Great review! radka by jeaniecz
Perhaps the colour change is due to a slightly different diet due to global warming altering growing seasons? . . . I am wondering what difference it makes to have the 'cultured butter' in preserving it; also, it is hard to imagine the flavour without description . . . how long do you keep this out of the refrigerator? . . . (and what is the ambiant temperature?) . . . sorry to throw so many variables into the picture . . . . . . ♥ jes ♥ by jesi

Quick review of Marks and Spencer Extreamly Fruity Bio Yoghurts
Review of Marks and Spencer Extreamly Fruity Bio Yoghurts by promo1_ciao

I am pretty sure that the "Extreme" flavour comes from an ingredient referred to by M&S as "Natural Flavouring" (NF). NF is a catch all term that describes a concentrated flavouring agent that is possibly not natural, possibly from a chemical process and possibly not even from an edible source (eg wood chips). I say if they can't tell you what the ingredient is, you probably don't want to be eating it. Not sure if this was an "organic" yoghurt, but even food labelled as organic can contain this mystery NON-ORGANIC ingredient. My tip... add real fruit and honey to plain or greek-style yoghurt.
