When I tried to install the Picture Package which came with the video camera , it would not install on my laptop running Vista. i love this camera, it's compact, easy to use and still stylish... only problem for me it's the battery i had this camera since december 06 and all of a sudden the camera wouldn't switch on,once i purchased a new one the problem is solved.apparently exilim has a very common problem with the np20 battery i rate this good because everything else is perfect for daily use
