Machine had died after only 2.5 yrs. Didn't wash properly as soap still on clothes after washing. I believe consumers statutory rights are affected here. Why should we pay for repairs when it is clearly not fit for purpose i.e it should last at least 5 years before breaking down. I will be claiming through the small claims court. Steer clear!!

Really nice size and looks like a quality item. Only had it a few days but have a friend who has always purchased Panasonic and pizzas come out fantastic in hers so that's the reason I bought one. The buttons are really easy to press and there are some good features like the panacrunch pan which crisps as it bakes eg pizzas, i've not tried it yet though. It has a nice quality to, very solid, so far so good.

I have had one of these cookers for 6 years now and all was going well until the element went on the larger oven, I have tried in vain to contact Prochef with numerous E-mails and phone calls to enquire about a replacement part but ,still after three weeks the only response I have had is a call from a man on a mobile phone number telling me if I send £80.00 to a PO box address in Cheshire made out to himself they will put the part in the post. After reading all the very, helpfull reviews from others about the poor service I think not, no way am I going to part with my money.

Puchased August 07. 9months later a problem with the alarm going off constantly,due to it not freezing and food being spolied other problem required a total replacement of the internal workings of the fridge freezer. 2months on and again we have a problem, again not freezing properly and the alarm keeps going off and now needs a new circuit board. We have lost all confidence in it Phone calls to Liebherr service take 38minutes and still in a queue. . This fridge cost £700 and is supposed to be a premium product !!! I now either want a new properly tested fridge freezer or my money back otherwise I will start a small claims court action against them

What a disappointment! If you want to fill the drawers to average capacity you may find (as we do) that the weight makes the drawers drop out of their slots and pile up on top of each other, meaning that if you want to get something from a bottom drawer you have to remove maybe 3 or 4 drawers first that are resting on top of it. Also, bits snap off the corners of the drawers making them even harder to put back in. There is probably a warning in the manual about not overstocking the drawers, but we find this happens on a regular basis, and i don't think we try to put an unreasonable amount of food in the drawers.

i have had the MOON for about a year, i love the machine but the dispenser gets clogged up when i use liquid detergent. Its fine with tablets. Its so frustrating at times as it smells really bad with the stagnent water. NOW TO UPDATE .. i have just discovered you can take the dispenser apart to clean..DOH !! now it smells lovely... although if this is a self cleaning dispenser... Why should we need to clean it????

this washing machine is just the best washing machine i have ever used!!! i love it!! easy in use, and user frendly. not complicated with many unnececery washing programs and options. i'll become mum in 4 weeks time, and the option that recognize chemicals in clotes, and rinse untill they are gone is excelent for wasching baby clotes!!

I have had the Pink ones of these when they first came out and i go them for £140. They have never broke on me or blown up on me. They heat up soo quick and also cool down quickly which is good for when travelling with them etc. I wouldnt buy any other straightners then these now!!! work absolutly wonders!!

i brought this product two years ago and they still work as good a they did when i had them. The make my hair really straight, soft and shiny.I recommend them to anyone as they are the best straightners i have bought and well worth the money. They also heat up and cool down very quick which is great if your in a rush. They also have rounded sides which make its easy to curl your hair aswell, and personally i think they curl better than curling tongs.

I purchased this wahing machine 11 months ago I have had the same problem with the spinner not working.As it was less than 1 year old the engineer from comet came out and said that this was a common fault and that the electronic programer which was originally fitted was too senstive and that they had now modified it. The new programmer was fitted and the problem seems to be resolved
