Bought this when my toddler and I got a very nasty cough. After experience of cheap humidifiers being noisy and soaking the room I was very pleased with this model. The flow can be well controlled and aimed. Comes with a handy humidity thermometer. Has a soft nightlight in tank to see water level. Excellent for sore throats, colds and coughs really does give a better nights rest and worth spending extra for this one as it is quiet, efficient and easy to clean.

Advantages: Portable, dries laundry, filters air, multiple settings, cheap to run.
Disadvantages: Slightly awkward for emptying if you have long nails :)

not happy at all. the control box is on the top of the blanket just in line with my elbow so bruised elbow and very uncomfortable. Apparently I am not alone but not enough people bother to complain so desing remains unchanged. The suggested I put a blanket over the whole blanket to cushion!

I find these heaters very effective and would look good in any house. They are good for short bursts of heat as i feel they are expensive to run.

Advantages: No filters to replace
Disadvantages: Newer model released

This product is good as it doesn't use filter mats, yet I have found it to clean the air effectively without 'drying out' the air. The lack of filters means you don't have to replace them and makes the product quite well priced compared to its competitio ... Read review

Advantages: Clears the air as it says on the box
Disadvantages: Only the sound, But you can't expect silence.

I find it is an excellent product, but it seems impossible to find spare parts for this machine, especially water curtain (humid filter). can anybody help me to find it ?, patrick;besancenot@tele2allin.be

the plug in the blanket is about 50cm or almost two foot from the top of the bed and on the top of the matress and i am constantly bruising my elbow because I lean of it. the lankets I have had before the plug was at the side or under the pillow. not good.
