I am happy with this coffee machine. It gives a good crema and nice flavour - coffee does not taste burnt. It is very easy to use and even easier to run a cleaning cycle - it really does do all the work for you. A drawback is that you can not tailor the measures to your own cup sizes and occasionally the beans do not automatically drop into the grinder and need a little help. ( this only happens with certain brands of beans)

Advantages: It allows you to boil only the water you need so saving .
Disadvantages: The cold water and boiled water can sometimes mix.

nice review....luckily I live in a soft water area so need for a filter.....I dont think I'd survive in a hard water area just 3 days washing in London water left my skin so dry that it was peeling off! by wigglylittleworm

We bought one at Christmas 2007. It has now failed....that's less than one year old. Not very impressive. It was never very good at keeping the coffee hot and it now refuses to heat the water. It is now junk.

Hi. I realise your quite new on here so have a look at other peoples reviews, especially if they have a coloured dot as this 'usually' means they know what they are doing!
